WARM UP

1) CONCEPT
The concept of the warm up is to prepare mentally and physically before
an activity or sport

2) Objectives
The objectives are raising body temperature, increasing metabolic
activity, increasing heart and respiratory rate and to prepare your muscles

3) Parts of warm up
1 Running
2 Static mobility
3 Stretching

4) Types of warm up
There are many types of warm up like: doing squads, running, jogging,
arm circles, head circles… etc

5) how do we warm up
We start running 3 minutes, then we move our joints (first we start with
the toes and we finish with the head) Later we do static mobility and
finally we do stretching ( first we start with the toes and we finish with
the head)

6) effects

- Cardiovascular System: increases your heart rate and your blood flows
faster
- Respiratory System: breathing will increase
- Locomotor System: the muscles get prepared to the exercise
- Nervous System: the nervous system works better
