This document provides a recipe for making PAS (Page's Amoeba Saline Solution), which is used as a constituent in protozoa media. It lists the constituents needed to make stock solutions 1 and 2, and then the amounts of each stock solution needed to make 1 liter of the final PAS medium. The medium is prepared by adding 5 ml each of stock solutions 1 and 2 to deionized water, then autoclaving and making up to 1 liter total volume.
