English speaking monks on Athos?

Anyone know of a spiritual father who would be able to meet with English speakers for counsel?

There are plenty of English speaking Monks on Mount Athos. I actually went there last May to
various Monasteries on the Holy Mountain and most of the monks we met spoke English.

The igoumenos (abbot) and several other monks at Iveron are Greeks from Australia.

There are a lot of english speaking monks in Mount Athos, most larger monasteries with young
monks have American, Australian or English people who have become monks there.
In Grigoriou there are a lot of english speakers. If you call them you could ask about Father
Philotheos, he is a spiritual father so would be able to speak with you in confession. He travels to
England every summer so you might have to ask if he will be there. There is also Father
Demitrios and Father Michael, I'm not sure if those are their names I could be wrong, but they too
are English speaking and priests so they may be able to help in confession as well. Father
Michael I believe is Australian.

I went to Iveron last summer and one of the monks, I don't remember his name, is an American
and speaks English. I think the abbot is Australian.

There are also quite a few monks spread around mt athos that are from the US and other
Anglophone countries (UK,CA,AU,NZ, etc)

To add to what others have said, at Xenofontos Fr. Ieremias and Fr. Zossima are native English
speakers, and at Simonopetra Fr. Iakovos is a native English speaker. There are many others.
