Tell us about a time something went wrong in a project you were managing.
I found this process counterproductive, and the analysts and program manager's time are not
spent wisely in managing the program
I interviewed each analyst and program manager and got information regarding tools, the use,
format, frequency, and how they are generating the report
Then, I analyzed all the tools and identified fields that are required for the reporting. After that,
the relation between two Business Customer accounts basis presence of certain attributes to
identify accounts that are similar.
I suggested Open the Salesforce Report for both the Business Accounts, Compare the Account name,
Website, Address, Full name, Phone, Email and note any partial or full match. also indicates some
relation between both the accounts.
Finally, I created a standardized template and started working on it and waited for the
stakeholders to get the insights.
The leadership team loved it for two reasons
The throughput increased by 15% for each analyst.
After a few months, I also made this report a full-scale analytics dashboard system that the
team can share with Clients and all program stakeholders.
