I want to improve my graphic designing skill set to a level, within next 6
months that it can help me earn at least 50k to 100k PKR per month. After that I want to teach this skill to my students and my colleagues. I also want to keep on improving my graphic designing skills so that it can help me earn even more money down the path. I will also learn new skills besides graphic designing so I can have multiple sources of income.
2) Is your goal SMART? Evaluate your goal using following factors and explain how your goal meets the following criteria:
Yes, as per my evaluation, my goal is SMART for a number of reasons:
Specific: I am specific about my goal. I know what I want to achieve, till when I want to reach my goal and I also have a plan on how I will achieve my goals. Measureable: My goal is measureable. I know how much I plan to earn in a month. And I know what level of skills I need to have to achieve this goal. Achievable: My goal is achievable because firstly I trust my plan and my skills. Secondly, many other people out there are earning more than my goal amount (income) with the level of skills that I am aiming for. Realistic: My goals are also realistic because I know my skills, my family, my environment, and my interests. And I can achieve these goals. Timely: Yes, my goals are also timely. I know that time goal in which I want to improve my graphic designing skill to that level. I also know that the time I’ve set to achieve my goals is also realistic and easily manageable for me.
