Brief:

 Keeping in mind the career planning presentation, trainer asks the students to identify
their goals and complete the goal sheet mentioned below in 20 mins.
 After student completes the goal sheet, he/she comes forward in front of the class and
presents the career plan with respect to goal sheet.
 Each student shall get 1.5 to 2 mins for presentation.
 Trainer gives the feedback to each student and guides them how to work on their
career plan.

Debrief: Goal setting is an important component of academic settings both for instructors
and students. It has fundamental impacts on increasing student motivation, self-regulation,
self-efficacy and achievement. When they practice goal setting in different classrooms,
students are able to develop goal setting and flexible thinking skills that are widely applicable
in many areas of their lives.
