✓ Eat the right food, whole grains, vegetables 400 gr/daily, fruit 200 gr daily (TIP – eat 5
almonds before the fruit, it will slow down the bloodsugar), berries, essential oils, dairy and
meat. Drink 2-3 ltr of WATER daily. Eat 4-6 times daily incl snacks
✓ Do not smoke, cigarettes contain over 4000 chemicals, that damages the DNA in our cells
and encourage cancer cells to become active.
✓ Exercise at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes at a time. Walking (fast pace), cyckling,
swimming, running, yoga, pilates etc. Choose what you enjoy the most – it makes it more
fun!!
