Texas Tech University; College of Architecture Graduate Instructor of Digital Media 2; Fall 2010 - Present. Lubbock, TX As an instructor of Digital Media 2 (Fall 2010, 2011), in collaboration with a colleague, we re-developed the course objectives and outcomes, teaching third year students to use two software medias to understand 3D visualization and structure. These two software medias are Rhino 3D and the Adobe CS5. I taught students to use Rhino as a 3D tool but apply logic, critical analysis, and presentation for nal output. Students were then later taught how to address problem solving strategies and structural systems that they use in conjunction with their studios. Then I demonstrated the fundamentals to create a portfolio following a set of speci c rules for a nal presentation. Texas Tech University; College of Architecture Graduate Instructor of Digital Media 1; Spring 2011. Lubbock, TX Held the leadership role of primary instructor of Digital Media I for the Spring 2011 semester. Responsibilities required to redevelop the course outline and objectives as an initiative to reformat the Digital Media package. This new objective taught students to use Adobe CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), AutoCAD, and intro to Rhino. Students investigated the potentials of the 2D in the digital format and understand the tools of Adobe in a form of project development and presentations. I encouraged students to develop their critical thinking process through means of geometric exploration and create, develop, and produce a portfolio.
