1. Why is management science an impotant study in the moment?
Answer:
Studying management science can form a tenacious and conscientious personality,
able to communicate well and can improve problem solving analysis skills. Good
management knowledge is very important in managing and directing a group or
organization

2. The principle of authority and responsibility, Hendri Fayol argues that responsibility
is the result of authority. Explain your opinion!
Answer:
I think authority is the right that a person has to give orders
And
responsibility is the obligation of a leader to maintain and sanctions are needed to be
obeyed by the person who accepts him (leader).

3. The succes of an organization cannot be separated from the envitonment. Explain

what is meant by organizational environment!
Answer:
Understanding the organizational environment in my opinion:
-is the organizational environment is one of the factors and objects that interact and
can affect an organization and can also be influenced by behavior that occurs within
the organization. Every organization will interact with the environment in which it
operates. Because the environment is always changing, an organization that can
survive is an organization that is able to adapt to environmental changes. On the
other hand, the organization will be destroyed if developments or changes in the
surrounding environment are not noticed.

4. Explain two theories of management principle!

Answer:
 Discipline: is a sense of obedience and responsibility for the work done,
discipline is closely related to authority because people who have authority
must instill a sense of discipline.
 Unity Of Command: In carrying out work, employees need chemistry to
achieve maximum results
