Document Title Monthly Report Procedure

Document No AMP-O&M-SOP-05
Revision No & Date

Monthly report is a MIS reporting system shared to Commercial team in which all the plants are classified
as stabilized, utility, acquired & under stabilization plants. Here the monthly C.U.F (Capacity Utilization
Factor), Estimated Gen vs Actual Gen, Projected revenue vs Actual revenue is calculated & tabulated in the
standard reporting format and is submitted to the top management for review.

The purpose is to review the performance of all Stabilized & under stabilized plant against the expected
performance criteria.

Parameters: The following parameters are included in the report to evaluate the plant performances:
1. Annualized Generation Estimate (C.U.F)
2. Monthly Generation Estimate (Projected Vs Actual)
3. Monthly Revenue Generated (Projected Vs Actual)
4. Next Month Generation Estimated (C.U.F)
5. Plant details
a. Plant Name
b. Plant Code
c. Plant capacity

6. Others: Curtailments, Notes/remarks, Internally Calculation sheet

Definition/Meaning:
1. Stabilized plant: These are the plants free of issues (operational, communication, approval etc.)
& their projected vs actual generation deviation should be low.
2. Utility: These are ground mounted plant which supplies energy to the state utilities.
3. Acquired: These are the plants which are included to the portfolio by acquisitions.
4. Under Stabilized: These are either newly commissioned plants or the plants which have some
issues beyond O&M’s control or pending approvals.
5. Capacity utilization Factor: It is the ratio of the actual output from a solar plant over the year
to the maximum possible output from it wrt to the nameplate in a year under ideal conditions.
Capacity utilization factor is usually expressed in percentage.
6. Actual Generation: It is the generation of plant for a given period of time.
7. Projected Generation: It is the generation which is expected from the plant based on irradiation,
location and other parameters done at the project conceptualization stage.
