The advantages and disadvantages of

mobile phones

We live in an age when many of us are addicted to their mobile phones.


Our generation became obsessed with them. Is this a bad or a good thing?
Mobile phones can be both an advantage and disadvantage depending on how it
is used. There is no rational answer whether they are useful or useless.
First of all, it is worth considering that since we have portable phones our
personal security has increased. If you find yourself in danger you can easily
call for help. Moreover, it is portable so that basically means you always have
the possibility to access the Internet, so you can search for information, listen to
music, read e-books, watch videos, take photos, play games, use it as an alarm
clock and so on. Not to mention that you can keep your relation with people that
live distant, by sending each other pictures and messages.
The most important drawback of mobile phone is that we can effortlessly
become addicted to it, it’s like a drug. People easily get used to living their lives
on the social sites through their phones. In the same it can be dangerous, for
example Talking on the phone while you are driving reduces concentration and
thus it increases the chances of causing an accident.
In conclusion, it is not a bad thing if are able to use it with our brain, in
moderation.
