Notice for ?ll Students

Dear All,

As you know that many of you were not able to appear in MST-1 due to poor attendance or late
reporting (l Year students). ln order to facilitate the students for the making up of their
attendance / Syllabus Coverage (Unit 1 & 2) following has been decided:

1. From 12November,2022 onwardsfll 24 December,2022one classwill beheldforevery

subject /course on each Saturday. Classes will be held in Campus from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All
the buses will reach university campus by 8:20 Atu and will depart. at 4:30 pM.

2. Every Saturday, one assignment (2 questions) will be given by each teacher for his subject (to
be done by student on Sunday) and to be submitted on Monday (Hard Copy hand, written), which
will also be equivalent to one attendance. lt will be considered for only those who have attended
class on Saturday. This will help each student to earn a maximum of 14 attendance per subject.

3. For Time Table, coordinate with concerned t\4entor/HOD/HOS/Dean.
