    A group of friends went to Sentinel Beach for a barbecue and saw three colorful cars and four people exercising with surfboards. When the friends asked if they were American, the man said they were from Oregon and offered to teach the friends how to surf. Though it was difficult at first, with practice the friends learned to stand up on the boards. They ended up sharing food and saying goodbye with a fist bump.

    CENTRO DE IDIOMAS HUACHO- WRITING HOMEWORK: A SHORT STORY

    Some years ago in the summer, my friends and I went to Sentinel Beach for a barbecue.
    Upon arrival we found three colorful cars and four people who were exercising. After
    that they took out some surfboards ready to start surfing in the sea. We approached them
    and I said: "Are you Americans?" Suddenly the man who was cleaning the board said:
    "We are from Oregon, do you want to learn to surf guys?" We were confused and
    scared, so we decided to teach us to surf, at first it was difficult to stand up, but with
    practice we were able to do it.
    In the end we shared our food and then they said goodbye with a fist bump.
