PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT: ‘The ial engagement as Consultant would be fora period of one year, which may be ‘extended on yea to year bass beyond one year depending upon the requirement othe Ministy ‘nd performance review ofthe consultants, However, the engagement shall not be extended beyond 5 years after the age of superannuation or at attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. ‘The engagement of Consultants would be on fulltime basis and they would not be permite to take up any other assignment during the period of Conslancy with MNRE. Transport Allowance: “The Transport Allowance will be provided tothe Consultants atthe te which they wore geting athe time of retirement forthe purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term appointment. [No Dearness Allowance shall be admisible on the Transportation Allowance. 7. Leaver ‘Consultants shll be eligible for pai lave of absence and may be allowed tthe ate ‘of 1.5 days foreach completed month of sevice. Accumulation of leave beyond 2 calendar year may not be alowed. 8.
