一、 概述 General

3.2 吨机舱行车由工字钢双梁桥架和电动环链葫芦等一起组成，其主要特点

是结构紧凑、净高低、重量轻，尺寸小，设计工作状态;横倾 5°，纵倾 2°

The crane consists of a crane bridge moving longitudinally over the

engine. The crane bridge incorporates a traveling crab intended for

traversal transportation motor hoist is installed on the crab frame.

The brake motor with cone rotor is structure a reliable and safe

operation as well as a convenient adjustment and maintenance. Design

1. 纵向行走车架 Longitudinal frame：

纵向行走架由纵向移动架，借助螺栓联接组成构件，通过八只滚轮悬挂于二

工字钢下，通过十六只螺栓在构件下固紧二工字钢（供横向向行走架移动

用）。

A pair of longitudinal frame mounded with four wheels is placed on two

girder steels. They are bolted together to form the main girder. With

the aid of eight wheels. The main girder is suspended from a pair

I-steel rails, which is fixed to the engine room. There is a rack

intended for driving the crab. It is welded on under girder steels.

2. 横向行走架 Transverse frame

由工字钢、槽钢等板材焊接组成，借助八只滚轮支承在纵向行走车架下的二

工字钢梁上，电动葫芦倒吊在横向行走架的上端，为便于葫芦拆装，横向行

走下端二根下部拉杆可以籍螺栓联接方便地拆卸。

The crab is provided with eight rail wheels and traversed under the
 girder by motor driving through their gear and pinion and rack and

pinion gearing .The crab frame is of welded component.There are two

beam bolted under the frame. The hoist is suspended on the upper-frame

of the crab when the beams are disassembled the hoist can be dismantled

easily.

3. 行走机构 Traveling gear

机舱行车的行走机构分大车行走机构和横向行走机构，大车行走机构由安装

在纵向行走架上的电动机、减速箱、齿轮齿条等组成。电动机附有刹车机构，

可供大车行走机构制动用，横向行走机构与大车行车机构相同，通过电机及

减速齿轮箱传动转动的小齿轮与齿条的啮合带动了横向行走架的移动。

Traveling gear consists of a brake motor with cone rotor. a gearbox

a drive shaft and a pair of pinions. All of them are mounted on the

main girder. The pinions are meshed with the racks, which is welded

on the bottom of rails fixed to the engine room.

4. 电动环链葫芦 Motor hoist

电动环链葫芦分常速和慢速二档速度，常速为 3.6 米/分，慢速为 1.2 米/

分，上、下有控制按钮操作，制动可靠，有关电动葫芦的详细结构和特性可

参考电动葫芦说明书。

The motor hoist is equipped with two set of brake motor with cone rotor

so hoisting speed is variable: normal speed 5.4 m/min and slow speed

1.8m/min. The hoist motor is fitted with electro-mechanical brake

which comes into operation as soon as the current supply fails or is

cut off. For further details please refer to the instruction of

 electric hoist.

四、 使用与维护保养 Operation and maintenance

1. 每一台新安装好的机舱行车，首先应进行空载试运转数次，检查启动器、

驱动装置、控制系统和安全保护装置是否灵活可靠，正常，在行车安装结束

前切忌通电试转。

After completion of instating, conduct hoisting, lowering, traversing

and traveling operations respectively by no-load several times and

check the stouter, the driving unit, the control system and the safety

device to ensure that are reliable.

2. 在正常使用前应进行超负荷 125%，起升高度约 100 毫米，试验 10 分钟的静

负荷试验，并检查是否正常。

Conduct hoisting by 125% normal load with 100 mm hoisting height,

remaining 10 minutes, check and ensure that the crane is under normal

conditions.

3. 动负荷试验是在额定负荷下，使电动葫芦重复升降，左右移动和使行车纵向

运行，试验后检查其机械传动，电气部分和连接部分是否正常可靠。
 Operate the crane longitudinal by normal load including

hoisting .traversing and longitudinal traveling respectively several

times and check the mechanical transmission, the electric

installation and connections to confirm that there is no abnormal in

them.

4. 行车在正常使用过程中，绝对禁止超负荷使用和超过每小时额定合闸次数

（120 次）的情况下使用。

It must not be allowed to operate the crane over normal load or max

switching frequency (120 times per hour)

5. 电动葫芦限位器是为防止吊钩上升超过极限起升高度时，防止造成事故而设

之，因此不能经常使用限位器。

Limit switches for hoisting or traveling will function only for the

extreme of movement. There fore all limit switches should not be struck

frequently.

6. 不允许同时按下两个相反运动方向的操纵板上的按钮。

It must not be allowed to push two button switches for controlling

two opposite directions at same time.

7. 工作完毕后，必须把行车电源的总闸拉开，切断主电源。

Switch off power supply for the interval of the working of finishing

of the working.

8. 电动葫芦上的制动电机 可以调整至使重物在处于悬空状态其制动距离在最

大负荷时，其下滑量也不得超过 80 毫米。

It is possible to regulate the of the brake motor while hoisting so

 that the slip-distance for max. Load is not more than 80 mm.

9. 应保证行车有足够的润滑油，在机舱行车第一次使用三个月后应重新更换新

的干净润滑油，以后每隔半年更换一次润滑油。

Lubrication supply gear oil and grease timely. A periodical

lubricating-oil change for gearbox should be carried out. the first

interval is three months operation, then six months.

10. 禁止用手直接把润滑油涂抹在工作的链条上，上油时应该使用硬毛刷或木质

小片。

Chain must be lubricated at regular intervals, especially where it

passes round pulleys and drums. The lubricants must be compatible with

those already on the rope.

11. 机舱行车不工作时，不允许把重物悬于空中，以防止零件产生永久变形。

Special care must be taken. that when the crane is in service the
