一、概述 General Introduction

PY 系列自动高速平压平卷筒模切机是针对各种普通纸张、淋膜
纸张、白卡纸等材料进行模切、压痕、压纹的专业设备，适用于纸杯、
纸盒、药盒、酒盒等环保行业产品。本机采用微电脑操作、伺服驱动
定位、交流变频、自动计数、光电纠偏、气动离合、稀油集中润滑、
自动液压上下料、故障报警以及独特的运转机构。实现了退纸、输纸
顺畅、定位准确、收纸整齐、机器所有关键部位及控制系统采用进口
产品、精密装配，保证了机器运行压力稳定、定位准确、运行平稳、
安全可靠。

PY series High speed roll die-cutting machine is an professional

equipment for creasing and die-cutting various kinds of materials such as

PE-coated paper, white cardboard. It adopts micro-computer control, servo

positioning, alternating current frequency converter, automatic counting,

photoelectric correcting deviation system, pneumatic clutch, centralized oil

lubrication, and distinctive gearing. So it guarantees smooth operations of

returning paper and feeding paper, precise positioning and orderly

withdrawing.Such installation can realize the machine in steady pressure,

precise positioning, smooth moving, safety and reliability during the machine's

operation.

1.本机总电源采用三相四线制交流 380V,50HZ。总开关安装在主控制
电
柜内，控制线路采用断路器等保护措施。各主要电气元件采用进口产
品，安全稳定，品质可靠。
The power supply adopts 3-phase 4-wire AC380V,50HZ.Power ON switch
is installed in the electrical cabinet.Each main electric component is
imported with security,stable performance and reliable quality.
2.采用台湾威纶原厂触摸式人机界面控制，在触摸屏上可操作设备，
设定参数；可对设备的运行状态进行实时动态监测。具有完善的预警
及故障报警系统，通过电脑显示的故障信息可快速方便的找到故障点，
及时排除故障。

machine,set data through HMI.Real-time monitor state of machine

running.Display and control the speed and capacity of cutting.It has perfect
warnings and fault alarm system.The faults can be found conveniently and
quickly through the HMI to be solved without delay.
3.主机传动采用 Y 系列异步电机，飞轮，蜗轮蜗杆结构，调速方式为
无级变频调速，变频器采用知名品牌，性能稳定质量可靠。变频器采
用先进的无传感器矢量控制技术，转矩大、速度稳定，大大降低能耗，
节能效果显著，比标称功率降低约 3KW 左右。
Y series asynchronous motor is adopted in the main machine.Speed
regulation mode is stepless speed change.The frequency converter uses
famous brand with reliable quality and durability.The frequency converter
adopts advanced sensor-less vector controlled technology to get large
torque and stable speed.And energy consumption can be reduced greatly
and energy-saving effect is very obvious.Compared with nominal power,it
can be reduced about 3KW.

4.放卷张力采用先进的气动离合器张力控制系统，可任意调节张力大
小，张力稳定可靠。
Unwinding tension adopts pneumatic particle clutch system.The tension is
stable and reliable,and can be adjusted at will.
5.进口可编程控制器集中控制，输入输出信号易于查找、控制灵活多
变。响应速度快、性能稳定可靠，可保证 10 万小时无障碍。
PLC uses imported high-grade LG to realize centralized control.Input and
output signals can be found easily and the control is flexible.Its high
quality and reliable performance guarantees 100,000 hours working
without faults.
6.嵌入在电脑中的先进的定位控制，独特的定位控制算法，定位精度
可高度 0.04mm，可保证定位控制的平稳、精确。
Advanced positioning control embedded in the computer has a unique

三、工作条件 Working Conditions

1.海拔高度不超过 1000 米。Height above sea level does`t exceed 1000m.
2.周围介质温度在-10℃至+55℃之间。Ambient temperature is between
-10℃ to +55℃.
3.在环境温度为 15℃至 25℃时，空气相对湿度不大于 85%。Air relative
humidity is not more than 85%,when ambient temperature is 15℃-25℃.
4. 电 源 电 压 波 动 不 应 超 过 ±10% 。 Voltage supply fluctuation shall not
exceed ±10%
5.周围介质中没有易燃、易爆及腐蚀性物质，没有剧烈的震动和颠簸。

There is no flammable,explosive and corrosive materials in surrounding

medium.No severe vibration and bumping.

四、安装注意事项 Installation
1.仔细阅读本使用说明书。Carefully read operation instructions.
2.装卸及吊装示意图 Loading,unloading and lifting attentions：
整机为一大件（其余小件不做标注），必须使用 10T 以上的吊车或者
叉车进行作业。起吊时应通过调节吊绳控制设备平衡，以确保机器平
衡起吊。The machine is a whole and need to be lifted by crane or forklift
over 10tons.Use the lifting wire to balance the machine when lifting.

3.本设备电源需使用 380V 交流电，频率 50HZ(60HZ) 100A 空气开关，

电源线为 5 芯 7m2 国家标准电缆线。安装试机前，必须核对电源电压
是否符合要求，并检查机器上各开关有无松动、损坏，导线连接是否
可靠；插接元件是否完好，电器柜内元件是否完好。
The power supply is AC380V,50HZ(60HZ).The cable is 5 wires and 7m2
per wire.Before testing,check whether voltage supply meets the
requirement or not.and check whether there is any loose and damage of
each switch on the machine,and whether lead connection is reliable or
not.In addition,check whether contactor elements are normal and elements
in the electric cabinet are in good condition.
4.必须接地，接地须完备可靠，接地电阻必须符合国家相关标准。

It must be earthed,and the earthing must be complete and reliable.Earthing

resistance must be in conformity with relevant national standards.
5.开机前在油缸内加注 46 号液压油 80 公斤。

Please fill about 80kg of the 46# hydraulic

oil into the machine before running the

machine.

6.送电后，将各电机转向校对好。

After the power is transmitted,verify the

steering of each motor.

五、操 作 说 明 Operation

1. 主 控 面 板 操 作 说 明 master panel

A.电源 Power：控制全设备的电路开关。Turn

on or off the power supply.

B.急停 Emergency stop：急停按钮为全机紧

C.运行 RUNNING：按下此按钮可以使电磁离合器吸合，模切机动板会有节奏的

separated from main motor.If pushing this button in die-cutting operation, the

die-cutting movable plate stops at low position.

E.加速 Speed up：点击提升运行速度 To increase the die-cutting speed.

F.减速 Speed down：点击降低运行速度 To reduce the die-cutting speed.

G.色标前移 Color sensor forward：点动此按钮，色标向前微移来调节送纸模切

位置 Click the button,color sensor moves a little forward to adjust the right cutting

position.

H.色标后移 Color sensor backward：点动此按钮，色标向后微移来调节送纸模切

位置 Click the button,color sensor moves a little backward to adjust the right cutting

position.

I.纸张左移 Web-guiding left：点动此按钮，纸张送纸时向左边微移进行纠偏 Click

the button,the web guiding motor starts to make paper move left for web guiding.

J.纸张右移 Web guiding right：点动此按钮，纸张送纸时向右边微移进行纠偏

Click the button,the web guiding motor starts to make paper move right for web

guiding.

K.自动对标 Auto Alignment：按下此按钮，印刷后的纸张自动送纸至色标光电检

测 位 后 停 止 Push this button to make the color sensor matches the printed color

point.

L.单次运行 Test Run：点击此按钮，设备运行一次后停机 Click this button to single

run the machine.

M.收料上升 Collecting up：点击此按钮，使收料托盘上升 Click this button to raise

the collecting pallet.

N.收料下降 Collecting sown：点击此按钮，使收料托盘下降 Click this button to

make the collecting pallet down.

O.拍纸锁紧 Flapping locked：点击此按钮打开和关闭拍纸前后调节的锁扣 Click

this button to lock or unlock the adjustment flapping part moving.

P.照明 Lighting：点击打开照明灯 Turn ON/OFF the light.

A.预送点进 Pre-feeding inching：点动此按钮，预送电机运行带动预送胶辊，使

纸张缓慢放料 Click this button to start the paper pre-feeding motor and roller to pull

the paper.

B.自动对标 Auto Tracking（与主面板功能一样 Same as 5.1.K）

C.伺服点进 Servo forward：点动此按钮，伺服电机工作，带动进纸胶辊来缓慢

往前送纸 Click this button,the servo motor starts to feeding forward the paper by the

paper feeding rubber roller.

D.伺服点退 Servo backward：点动此按钮，伺服电机工作，带动进纸胶辊来缓慢

往后退纸 Click this button,the servo motor starts to feeding backward the paper by

the paper feeding rubber roller.

E.急停 Emergency stop（与主面板功能一样 Same as 5.1.D）

F.进纸压条 Press batten：旋开按钮，压条下压，让送纸更平稳 Turn on the switch

to press the paper when feeding to make it stable.

G.进纸胶辊 Paper feeding roller：点击按钮，进纸压辊压合或分开 Click this button

to open or close the feeding rubber roller.

H.预送胶辊 Paper pre-feeding roller：点击按钮，预送压辊压合或分开 Click this

button to open or close the pre-feeding rubber roller.

I.纠偏左移 Web guiding left（与主面板功能一样 same as 5.1.I）

J.纠偏右移 Web guiding right（与主面板功能一样 same as 5.1.J）

3.张力面板示意图 Tension panel schematic diagram(picture 3)

A.张力电流指示表 Tension current indicator(picture 3)：张力控制分大、中、小三

个档位，各个档位中张力自动控制在换入新卷后选择相应的档位，之后的张力

会随着卷径的变小自动变小。The tension controller divides into S,M,L levels for

the different tension.When load the new paper,please choose the suitable size,and

then the tension will be changed automatically according to the change of roll paper

diameter.

B.料架上升按钮 Reel up button(picture 3)：按下此按钮可以启动液压电机使放料

架缓慢上升来抬升卷纸，最高处设有限位开关 Push this button to start hydraulic

motor to make reel paper frame rise.The limit switch limits the highest paper rise.

C.卷纸下降按钮 Reel down button(picture 3)：按下此按钮可以开动液压电机使卷

纸架缓慢下降来降低卷纸，最低处设有限位开关 Push this button to start hydraulic

motor to make reel paper down.The limit switch limits the lowest paper fall.

六、电脑触摸屏简介 HMI instructions

1.操作画面,如下图 Operation shall be as follows：

A.跟标 Color /定长 Fix length：当进行空白模切模式时，点击跟标按钮，当按钮

变为定长即可（此时对标光电不工作）When cutting Blank label paper, please push

the switch from COLOR to Fix length in the operation page（the color sensor stops

working when Fix length mode）；当进行印刷纸模切模式时，点击跟标按钮，当

按钮变为跟标即可（此时对标光电工作）When cutting printed paper, please push

the switch to COLOR in the operation page （ the color sensor is working when

COLOR mode)

B.模切长度 die cut length：通过设置模切长度来控制伺服进纸长度来完成模切加

工的长度，长度为每一次模切加工的步距 Set the die cut length to control each

feeding length of the servo motor.

C.运行 Start（与 5.1.c 相同 same as 5.1.c）

D.停止 Stop（与 5.1.d 相同 same as 5.1.d）

E.主电机开关 Main motor ON/OFF：

此按钮为驱动主电机的变频器的启动或停止

按钮。按下此按钮可以启动或停止主电机运行，操作页面和监控页面可以显示

主电机的运行速度、运行电流、模切速度（单位为次/分）Push this button to start

or stop main motor.Touch the operation page and electric current to display the

operation speed,operation current and die-cutting speed.

F.离合器点动 Clutch inching：点击此按钮来控制离合器点动下活动平台 Click this

button to inching the moving die cutting platform.

G.一次模切 Test run（与 5.1.L 相同 same as 5.1.L）

H.手动对标 Auto alignment （与 5.1.K 相同 same as 5.1.K）

I.伺服点进 Feeding forward（与 5.2.C 相同 same as 5.2.C）

J.伺服点退 Feeding backward（与 5.2.D 相同 same as 5.2.D）

K.预送胶辊关闭/打开 Pre-feeding roller Close/Open（与 5.2.H 相同 same as 5.2.H）

L.进纸阀关闭 Feeding roller Close/Open（与 5.2.G 相同 same as 5.2.G）

M.压力微调大 Increase pressure：按下此按钮，压力电机工作，使模切平台整体

压力缓慢加大 Click this button to start the pressure motor to increase the die-cutting

pressure slowly.

N.压力微调小 Reduce pressure：按下此按钮，压力电机工作，使模切平台整体

压力缓慢加大 Click this button to start the pressure motor to reduce the die-cutting

pressure slowly.

O.菜单 Manu：选择需要操作的子菜单 Choose the setting page.

A.放卷张力打开中/关闭中 Tension ON/OFF

自动，此时张力随着卷径的变化而自动变化。If auto tension,the tension will be

B.整理拍纸关闭/打开 Stacking flapping OFF/ON：点击此按钮打开或关闭理纸气

B.切标设定：设置模切多少次时开始启动切标 Set number of die cutting when cut

the tape.

C.切标工作时间：
控制切标的速度，时间越长切刀速率越慢 Set the cutting working

time to set the cutting speed.

D.送标设定：设置送多少次开始送标 Set number of die cutting when insert the tape.

E.送标工作时间：控制送标的长短 Set the working time to control the length of tape

feeding.

10.调整画面 Adjustment

A. 纠偏左移 web guiding left （与 5.1.I 相同 Same as 5.1.I）

11.基本参数设置 Basic Parameter Setting

A.拍纸关闭/开启 Flapping OFF/ON

B.小卷径自动降速关闭/打开 Auto deceleration when small reel OFF/ON：打开或

关 闭 模 切 到 接 近 卷 芯 的 时 候 是 否 减 速 的 功 能 。 Turn ON or OFF the auto

deceleration function when cutting to the paper corn.

C.跟标/定长 Color tracking/Fix length

D.精准跟标（慢速跟标）/快速跟标 Slow tracking/Fast tracking 根据模切质量要

求选择跟标模式 Choose the suitable mode depends on the cutting quality.

E.鼓风机关闭/打开 Air pump OFF/ON 打开或关闭输送辅助吹风 Turn ON/OFF

the function of air pump.

F.系统参数 System parameter 点击进去系统参数页面 Click this button to enter the

system parameter setting page.

G.机芯油路检测/电流检测 Movement lubrication detection/current detection 点击

进去机芯油路润滑检测页面 Click to enter the detection page of lubrication and

main motor.

12.系统参数 System parameter

A.系统参数设置请参考后面的出厂参数 please refer to the data at behind.

B.油泵压力保护打开中/关闭中 Lubrication pump protection OFF/ON：打开或关闭

C. 检 测 油 泵 电 机 出 油 是 否 正 常 Turn ON/OFF the detection of oil output by

lubrication pump.

D.堵料保护关闭中/堵料保护打开中 Blocking protection OFF/ON：打开或关闭检

E.测是否堵纸停机 Turn ON/OFF auto stop when feeding blocked.

F. 电 源 输 入 相 序 保 护 关 / 电 源 输 入 相 序 保 护 关 Power input phase protection

G.跟标不准报警打开中/关闭中 Alarm when can`t tracking ON/OFF

可从图中检查油路是否堵塞，具体哪个部位出现堵塞。可以打开或关闭检测功

能（建议一直常开）Can find which lubrication is problem directly in this page.You

can turn ON/OFF this function(But we suggest Detection ON all the time)

14.编码器角度分配 Encoder Angle distribution

A.伺服启动 Servo start feeding：设置伺服送纸启动的时间点（一般当平台开始下

降时送纸启动）Control the time point that the servo start feeding paper.As usual start

feeding when the platform starts to down.

B.高位停机 Stop position：设置停机的时候平台的位置 Set the stop position of

platform when stop machine.

C.拍纸启动 Flapping start：设置拍纸启动的时间点 Control the time point that start

flapping to sheeting.

D.压力保护 Pressure protection

E.理纸整理 Stacking cylinder：设置理纸气缸的启动时间点来拍纸整理 Control the

stacking cylinder working time to stacking paper.

七、手动盘车 Manual operation and jack-over

1.不要关闭电源 Do not cut off power supply

2.停止主机运行 Stop main motor

3.待飞轮停止转动后，将离合器启动 After the flywheel stop,turn on the clutch

4.插入盘车专用扳手，手动盘车 Insert spanner to jack over

5.盘车后请不要忘记取下盘车扳手，否则不能开机 After finish jacking over,make

sure to take out the spanner

八、报警灯指示说明 alarming indication：

1.模切机侧面窗口未关，同时触摸电脑上显示门未关报警信息 The side window

are not closed,and at the same time,alarm signal is displayed on the touch screen.

2.当送纸点击送出的纸位置高于高位检测光电的位置时，电脑显示送纸位过高信

息，报警灯闪烁；此时请点动送纸至报警消失。

When paper is supplied not enough which is higher than the position of inspection

sensor. At this moment,click the paper supply forward button to supply paper until the

signal is disappeared.

3.卡纸检测光电检测到模切卡纸时，报警灯闪烁，模切机停止工作,同时触摸屏

上显示卡纸报警信息 When the sensor detects paper jammed,the alarm lamp will

flash,the machine will stop work and the paper jam signal will be displayed on the

touch screen.

4.当润滑泵中润滑油少于正常运行液位时，或者润滑检测系统出现异常情况时，

触摸屏上显示相应的异常位置，请重新注油并检测异常位置消除此故障。

When the level of lubrication oil is less than normal level or the lubrication detection

system finds abnormal things just like oil jam,the signals will be displayed in the

screen,please full the oil and check the abnormal position.

5.在印刷模切模式下，若色标检测光电连续检测不到事先设定值，模切机停止运

行，电脑显示色标定位故障。

Under the printing die-cutting mode,if the color sensor can not detect the printing

color point for the set data,the machine will stop and the fault will be displayed on the

computer screen.
