SIMULATION TEST

Objective:
To validate the design made using finite element analysis software and to
be able to make a test if the product can be strong enough to withstand the
elements that might affect the product.

Project Scope:
1. Structural analysis:
a. Test using solidworks simulation
b. Static analysis base on the weight and material of the product
2. Wind tunnel/ wind load analysis:
a. Test using solidworks flow analysis
b. Simulation of wind load if the project can withstand certain wind
strength.
3. Design Validation:
a. Validate the design base on the test or if their can be some
optimization.
b. Modification upon validation of the design base on the test
conducted.

Timeline: to start upon receive of the 3D model.

Cost:
For the over all test and additional cost depending on the modification and retesting to
conduct. 35,000 – 50,000 pesos
