Let's write a complete story about “New Arrivals” based on the pictures given. Use simple past tense and
rephrase the questions to write the story.

1. What is the story about?


2. Last Monday, did Sarah's pet, Mimo give birth to four cute kittens?
3. Were all four of them looking healthy and happy?
4. Did Sarah prepare a huge rattan basket with a comfortable cloth placed
inside of it for them?
5. Did their mother breastfeed them peacefully?

1. Later in the evening, when her dad came home from work, did Sarah happily
show the new kittens to him?
2. However, did her dad seem unhappy about it?
3. Was he worried that it would be difficult to take care of many kittens?
4. Then, did he suggest Sarah to sell the kittens and find them a new owner?

4. Were they looking delighted as they have been wanting to have pet kittens
for a long time?
5. Even though Sarah felt sad that she had to let them go, did she feel relieved
that the kittens now have good owners to take care of them?
