ASSESSMENT:

Kierstyn Cabalan, a student at Southwestern University in the


Philippines, is 18 years old and a female. During the pandemic, she
already included exercise in her daily routine and was playing
badminton, but she has since stopped because she is a working student.
She was only ever hospitalized for a UTI as a child and has no other
illnesses, vices, or chronic conditions. While his mother has asthma and
regularly takes care of him, his father is in good health.
His Vital Sign Are:

Blood Pressure: 112/63 mmHg


Pulse Rate: 97
Respiratory Rate: 15
Temperature: 36.6
Height: 4’11 ft. (149cm)
Weight: 50
BMI: 22.3

REMARKS:
- All vital sign are normal
- No records being diagnosed with acute or chronic illnesses
- There are no records of significant symptoms or signs that might indicate
cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic diseases.
- Age is 18 ( Safe age to start exercise as early as 7-8 years old)
- Does not have sedentary lifestyle
- Normal BMI
- No records of hypertension, dyslipidemia, or pre-asthma

- Low Risk

- Moderate to High/ Vigorous Intensity Pattern.
