To prepare for and maximize my chances of success, I intend to network with Oxford alumni and current

students, particularly those pursuing careers in financial services-Impact Investing and Investment
banking sectors. I will have conversations with them about Industry expectations, lessons learned,
mistakes to avoid, and opportunities that could propel me to success.

To further increase my chances of success, I plan to take on additional ESG and sustainability-focused
engagements at PwC. For example, I am currently working on improving a state's ESG reporting system
for the Employment Trust Fund. The objective of the engagement is to examine the trust fund's various
programs and to assist in the development of ESG reports that show the financial impact (or value) of its
programs and initiatives. The reports will also detail the environmental and social impact of the
programs on the citizens of the state.
