Grievance Details : I ordered a product with so called TATA 1mg , they delivered a faulty

product to me and I did not know that it was faulty, as I put the brush AJ
on charge and it wasn't showing any sign or LED. This was my first
time using the product so I left it overnight. I used the brush for a
week and then the RED LED started blinking, that is when i realized i
had to put it to charge. Upon putting it back on charge i did not see any
charging indication I left it for a day and a half and again after
switching on the brush the RED LED started blinking again all of this
took around 10-14 days’ time. now whe i called 1 mg they told me to
simply go and shit yourself because their 7 days policy is there for
replacement. I was like i do understand that I am reporting few days 2-
3 days later than you notified time, but the product was faulty right
out of the box. All I ASKED WAS A SIMPLKE REPLACMENT. Which
they beat around the bush asking me to send product pictures and
stuff they took additional 2 weeks’ time of insane amount of time just
to query thing and said they are getting in touch with their 'vendor'
and getting it solved. I have all their chat logs and they immediately
got onto their toes once i wrote it publicly on twitter. Upon querying
with their mysterious ‘Vendor' they came up with a genius solution to
file for warranty. I was like this this why I was trying to get it solved
with you?
1. They delivered a faulty product straight out of the box
faulty 2. their packaging was torn at the time of delivery and seemed
like they had delivered it from the gutter 3. I asked them for
replacement only they told me to get lost
4. Upon requesting they
simply played with me wasting my time money and effort in chasing
behind them
My question is how much am I asking, if they delivered
faulty product isn't it their responsibly to fix it? I am not asking
anything extra. Just a simple replacement that too they are like no
..you can eat shit. !! Their attitude simply amazes me . Is this how they
cheat their customers. This was my first order with them and they
treated me so badly not to mention my insane amount of time that
went up in following up with them., Do they have no senses at all? Are
they so thick skinned that they can harass customers like this, this
product costs 3k they have no shame at all. ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS
A SIMPLE REPLACMENT for their FAULTY PRODUCT THAT THEY
DELIVERED!!!
