A. Moved Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items to start of
meeting. 1st - Michael 2nd – Taci Vote- Unanimous
B. Kristy Jackson expressed concerns about school decision to not
allow costumes for Halloween and not having a Halloween
Parade.
1. SOT discussed reasons for decision with Mrs. Jackson and
suggested community alternatives.
