A. PAC has been rescheduled to June 21st. They are working on the
contract.

VI. Training – Darcy Bartalomy

A. Discussed the importance of communication

1. Mike and Denise liaisons for teacher contact
2. Parent surveys to open lines of communication

VII. FERPA

A. Extremely important to protect student information.

 1. Need to relay to parents the importance of FERPA when
issues arise with other students.
2. We are not allowed to release information regarding
discipline, health, or anything related to students that are
not related to that specific parent.

VIII. Student Safety

A. Waiting on more information from CCSD and Clark County on

safe travel instructions. We are looking for options.

IX. School Continuous Improvement Process

A. Leadership Team Committee for Grade Level Goals and Parent
Involvement Update (Kept on agenda from April 4th Meeting.)

X. Principal Update

A. Working on grouping children in a way to create well balanced

classes.
B. Administration will create a process for choosing classroom
placement.

XI. Budget

A. MAPS Skills Replacement / IXL

1. MAPS is starting to roll out new updates. It is still in
BETA.
