2018 Rashi Agarwal,Zeel AgroConsultan This system would help farmers make educated decisions about
Doshi. t Agri Land rentals & which crops to grow based on a variety of
environmental and geographical factors. They employed decision
trees, KNNs, Random Forests, and neural networks. The neural
network had the highest accuracy of all of them.

EXISTING SYSTEM
● The Existing Systems Have the listings of the Agricultural Lands Available for Renting , Leasing And
Purchasing along With Limited Parameters ,The Another System for Recommending the crops for the
farmer to grow on a Specific Land.
● From the balanced perspective of representation, there are many popular sites for land listing
models like 99acres, magic bricks, OLX, as well as crop recommendation models like Farm easy and
others, these models are independent to each other and having no bridge between these data sets.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
● The fact that people are facing a lot of challenges in making decisions
about “Identifying the needed land for different Types of Crops or to
Decide which Crops should be Grown for which climatic conditions and
as well as the space needed to grow them sufficiently”. The common
problem is that people choose crops which are best based on topographic
features and financial aspects and confined spaces & Also Having Lack of
Knowledge on Farm Machines and Equipments.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
● Inspired to bridge the gap between Agricultural land listing, crop recommendation and transport
system we design specific agricultural land for rental and lease purpose. To the best of our
knowledge this is the first Land rental & lease system for linking, for recommending and predicting
the yield patterns which will benefit both farmers, as well for commercial purposes, we bring forth
the balanced platform for farmers to list their land, tools, farming machineries,Transportation
facilities as well as crop suggestions to people with proper calculated results
OBJECTIVES
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
3.1 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
· Operating Systems supported: Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and higher
Specific Land
Recommendation
● The technique of the suggested system”Ensembled Learning , Falls Under Supervised Learning” is made
up of numerous blocks, as indicated for ex; in fig (1). Data Collection: Data collection is the most
common approach for gathering and analysing information from various sources. The dataset must have
the following qualities to provide an approximate data set for the system. These criteria will be
considered for crop recommendation: i) soil PH ii) Humidity iii) NPK levels iv) crop data v) temperature.
● Ensemble Learning approach uses multiple learning algorithms in statistics and machine learning to
achieve greater predictive efficiency than either of the constituent learning algorithms alone might
obtain.”
CONCLUSION
● As we all know, much agricultural research has been conducted and continues to be
conducted in order to improve productivity, boost the Indian economy, and, most
importantly, assist farmers in increasing their income. In order to accomplish this,
proposed system will advise farmers on the best crop to cultivate on their land. So that
farmers can profit from it.
● Thus the Proposed system will be Able to Succeed in Assisting farmers to be able to
rent and lease the lands for agricultural purposes with the help of specifications
provided in our system.
