This user manual is provided all the details to operate and maintenance procedure necessary to perform in
safety. So please spend some time to read this manual before you start to operate this ATV-50/100. The
following information is some notice and warning for you, please keep in mind while you operate the
ATV’s.

If the oil lamp is lighting while you start the engine that shows the quantity 1
of oil is not enough and should be refilled the oil.

CAUTION High
Don’t press the starter again as the engine is running. If you & Low
cannot start the engine by the starter, please kick the kicker Beam
of engine and check the battery, fuse…etc.

When you turn the engine stop switch to position, the engine
cannot be started.
If you want to start the engine. The engine stop switch must be turned
to position.
CAUTION
The headlight should be light while you started the engine and the

When you operate the ATV and meet with the emergent situation.
You can turn on the emergency light, and park the vehicle on the side
of the road.

Manual Choke
Manual Choke to provide a rich starting mixture when starting a cold
engine.
CAUTION
If the choke is left on too long after the engine is warmed, it
will foul the spark plug.

Fuel Tank
The capacity of fuel tank is 5 liter that including 0.5 liter in the reserve
supply.

CAUTION
We suggest the gasoline is used with octane number more than 92.
After refueling the gasoline, be sure to the fuel cap tightening,

Fuel Valve
The fuel cup locates at the right side of vehicle.
ON
Turn the lever to the “ON” position; the fuel will flow from fuel tank
to carburetor.
OFF
Turn the lever to the “OFF” position; the fuel cannot flow from fuel
tank.
RES RES
Turn the lever to the “RES” position; the fuel will flow from the
reserve supply to carburetor. OFF
CAUTION ON
When the fuel is supplied from the reserve, refueling the gasoline as
soon as possible pleases.

SEAT
There is a hook under the seat and buckled the seat
with frame body. If you want to take the seat off,
please pull the hook backward manually. Latch

OIL TANK
The oil tank locates under the seat and the capacity is 1 liter.
CAUTION
2-cycle engine oil is recommended of engine oil.
If the oil lamp lighting, please refilling the oil as soon as possible OIL TANK
otherwise should be damage the engine.

KICK STARTER
If the battery is weak and can’t start the engine, kick-start lever will allow
vehicle operation until repairs can be made.
1. Be certain your vehicle is on a level surface and the parking brake is set.
2. Fold out the kick start lever (A), which is on the left hand side of the machine. A
3. Turn the key to “ON” and make sure the stop switch is in the “RUN” position.
4. Placing your foot on the kick-starter, push your heel download to crank the engine.
5. Once the engine has started, fold the kick-starter lever back in to place.

BATTERY AND TOOL SET


The battery and tool set locate under the seat; they are fixed on rear fender
by the rubber band.
The type of battery is 12V-4AH and the tool set including the spark plug
tool and screwdriver.

Muffler
CAUTION
The temperature of exhaust muffler and cover is too high; don’t touch it
after operating the vehicle.
Throttle Lever
The throttle lever locates on the right side handlebar. Throttle Lever
Accelerate Protector Cover
If you want to operate and accelerate the vehicle, press the throttle lever.
Decelerate
When you want to decelerate the vehicle, you just release the lever and
the spring of the lever will return the throttle and close automatically.
CAUTION
The throttle box with a bolt to limit the throttle open degree, if you
tighten the bolt then the degree will be limited.

Manual Choke lever Accelerating


The choke lever is located on the bottom of the left handlebar. The choke is used
when starting a cold engine. Push the choke lever to the left before starting the
engine. When the engine starts, gradually return the choke lever to the OFF
position as the engine warms up and runs smoothly.

Throttle Cable Adjusting Tighten Loosen

Check the motion of throttle lever; if it’s not smoothly then adjust the
free play of throttle. The normal free play of throttle is 2~6 mm,
loosen the nut and adjust the play to the proper position.

The throttle cable with branch to control the oil pump, check the feed
quantity of the lubricate oil. If you operate the ATV’s with heavy load,
please increase the lubricant feeding. Loosen the lock nut and turn the
adjuster outward.

Fouling deposit on the spark plug electrodes and big gap may be
result incomplete sparking. The normal gap of electrode is about
0.6~0.7 mm,
Washer
The standard type of spark plug is NGK BP7HS or NGK BPR7HS.

Drive Chain
After operating the ATVs for a period of time, the chain will be
worn or slack. Please check the drive chain and adjust it. The
normal slackness of the chain should be between 10~20 mm.
besides, the drive chain needs to be lubricated by oil.
You can adjust the chain by the chain adjuster. Loosen the fixed Chain
bolts and adjust the slackness to ideal situation. Remember to
tighten the bolts after adjusting the chain.
Lubricate as required and before each ride in wet conditions.
Don't use a high-pressure washer or gasoline to clean the drive
chain.

CAUTION
SAE #30~40W oil is recommended for Lube oil, don’t use Grease.

INSTRUCTION OF OPERATION
Air Cleaner

The air cleaner must be cleaned periodically. If you riding in the dusty area
often, please clean the filter frequently.
Removing the screws of air cleaner box.
Removing the filter and using the detergent to soak and wash the element.
Keep the filter to dry and install in the air cleaner box. Air Cleaner

Install the battery, the red wire must connect with (+) terminal and the
black wire connect with (-) terminal.
If the ATV doesn’t be operated for a long time, please take-off the
terminal

Setting the Parking Brake B A


1. Squeeze the right-hand brake lever (A).
2. Push the park brake lock (B) down. This will prevent the lever from
returning to the released position.
3. To release the parking brake lock, squeeze and release the brake lever.
The parking brake will release automatically.

Front R/L. Brake Adjuster
INSTRUCTION OF OPERATION
Brakes

Free Play of Brake Lever


Check the free play of front and rear lever. The normal free play of
brake lever is about 10~20 mm.
For the front R/L. brake: the adjusters locate on the brake lever.
Turning the adjuster can obtain the proper position.

Check the fluid level:


Make the handlebar straight and check the rear brake fluid level,
which should be keeping between the upper and lower limit.

Rear brake fluid refilling method:


1. Keep the handle bar straight and disassemble the 2 screws , take off
the cover.
2. Refilling the recommended DOT-3 brake fluid until the level
reaches the upper limit.
3. Put the cover into place and tighten the 2 screws.

Disc Brake

The ATV has a single disc brake on rear axle. Check the operation of
rear brake pedal and brake function before each riding. Be sure to
check periodically the brake shoes. If the brake shoe is worn to the
ware limit, have a local dealer replace a new brake shoe.
Always test brake lever travel and reservoir fluid level before riding.

Tire Specification
The tire specification front is 19*7-8 and rear is 18*9.5-8.
The recommended max. tire pressure is 2~3 psi for all of specification.
Please check the tire pressure before you operate the vehicle.

SUSPENSION
Front Suspension

The front R/L. side suspensions can be adjusted to the proper damper
for the driver.
Turning the adjuster of suspension to the proper damper.
Rear Suspension

The rear suspension can be adjusted to the proper damper for driver.

STEERING LOCK (ON ROAD ONLY)

The steering lock is located under the front fender.


Use the key at this position, handle bar is locked to prevent pilferage.
Turn the handle bar to left side, turn the key to right .
Thus the handle bar is locked and key can be removed.

Head Light (OPTION)

Turn the main switch to the lighting position; the head light shall
be lightened.

Operate the L. switch to choice the high or low beam of headlight.

CAUTION
The lamp type of head light is 12V-35/35W or 55W (ON ROAD)
The lamp type of head light is 12V-10/15W (OFF ROAD)

CONTROL AND PARTS FUNCTIONS
Transmission Gear Selector Operation
The transmission gear selector is located on the right side of the vehicle.
Shift Lever
The transmission selector lever has three positions: forward, reverse and
neutral.

To change gears, stop the vehicle hold the rear brake level and with the
engine idling, move the level to the desired gear. Do not attempt to shift
gears with engine speed above idle or while the vehicle is moving.
Always place the transmission in gear with the parking brake locked
whenever the vehicle is left unattended.
Maintaining shift linkage adjustment is important to assure proper
transmission function. Should you experience any shifting problem see
your dealer.

CORRECT WAY OF DRIVING
PARENTS & ADULTS READ BEFORE OPERATION
ATV should only be operated under the direct supervision of an adult.
Never ride an ATV without reading the owners manual and all warning labels.
Never exceed your riding capabilities.
Adults should read and explain the owners manual and warning labels to the children.
ATV can be hazardous to operate, avoid excessive speed, paved surfaces, sharp turns, and uneven terrain.
Never ride during low light conditions and always have your headlight turned on for improved daylight detection
and visibility.
Adults should adjust the throttle for slower speeds.
RIDE SAFE!
Inspection
Inspection the following item before operates the ATV.
Check the fuel lever.
Check the oil lever (If the oil lamp lighting, refill the oil, please).
Check the tire pressure and situation.
Check the brake operation.
Check the throttle lever motion.
Check the drive chain situation.
Check the steering situation.
Check all of the bolts, nuts…etc.
Start Engine
Park the vehicle on the lever ground.
Turn the ignition switch to “ON” position.
Hold the brake lever and press the electric start switch, push the throttle lever slightly at same time.
(The engine shall be started by the kicker, too)

CORRECT WAY OF DRIVING
CAUTION
Start the vehicle at an open area, because the exhaust gas with HC, CO…etc compose and
should be damage the health.
Before start the vehicle, make sure the fuel cup turn to the “ON” position.
Operating
It’s for your safety, choice an open and safe area to operate the vehicle please. For the age under 16 year
old (for 50 cc) or 18 year old (for 100 cc) the adult supervision is recommended. (FOR OFF ROAD)
Start the engine and warm-up about few minutes.
Release the parking brake and press the throttle lever, the speed should be increased and released the
lever, the speed should be decreased automatic.
CAUTION
When the vehicle is a new one, during first and second week don’t drive too fast. The completely
run-in process enhances the vehicle performance and life.
Turning
The rider must learn how to move his weight and control the throttle lever when he wants to turn the
vehicle. For example, if the rider wants to turn right side and his body have to move to the right side
of vehicle and maintain the throttle to keep the output power.
Parking
Park the vehicle on the lever ground.
Stop the engine by the main switch (If the engine is stopped by the engine stop switch, please turn
the ignition switch to “OFF” position too)
CAUTION
Don’t touch the muffler and engine after you stop the engine.

CORRECT WAY OF DRIVING
Maintenance of Vehicle performance and Lift Expectancy:
New vehicle don’t operate the full speed within first 30 hours.
After 30 hours, change the engine oil and gear oil.
Application of Brake:
Apply brake to both front and rear brakes at same time.
Pull the brake tight after the accelerator return to the close position.
CAUTION
Apply only one wheel brake will cause the vehicle to slip.
Stop of the vehicle:
Approaching to the parking point:
Turn on signal light in advance to warm the vehicle coming from rear, decelerate and drive along the
roadside slowly for stop.
Release the accelerate and apply both front and wheel brakes while the vehicle stopped.
Complete stop:
Engine will be stop as the ignition switch turn to “OFF” position.
CAUTION
Don’t turn the ignition switch to “OFF” during ridding.
Main switch can be turned off only as the vehicle is completely stopped.
Best Start of Driving:
Watch out, if there is any vehicle approaching and turn the signal light before you get on the way.

The risk of an accident is greatly increased if the operator does know how to operate
the ATV properly in different situation and on different types of terrain.

Beginning and inexperienced operators should complete the certified training
course. They should then regularly practice the skills learned in the course and
operating techniques described in the Owner’s Manual.

The ATV tires are designed for off-road use. Paved

Control.

Avoid operating the ATV on pavement whenever
Possible. If you must ride on a paved surface, go
slowly and do not make sudden turns or stops.

Climbing hills improperly
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Could cause loss of control or cause ATV to
overturn.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Always follow proper procedures for climbing hills as described in the Owner’s
Manual.
Always check the terrain carefully before you start up any hill.
Never climb hills with excessively slippery or loose surfaces. Shift your weight for-
ward.
Never open the throttle suddenly. The ATV could flip over backwards. Never go
over the top of any hill at high speed. An obstacle, a sharp drop, or another vehicle
or person could be on the other side of the fill.

Going down a hill improperly.

Could cause loss of control or cause ATV to

HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Always follow proper procedures for going down
hills as described in the Owner’s Manual.
NOTE: A special technique is required when
braking as you go downhill.
Always check the terrain carefully before you start down any hill. Shift your weight
backward. Never go down a hill at high speed.
Avoid going down a hill at an angle which would cause the vehicle to lean sharply
to one side. Go straight down the hill where possible.

Improperly crossing hills or turning on hills.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Could cause loss of control or cause ATV to
overturn.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Never attempt to turn the ATV around on any hill
until you have mastered the turning technique as described in the Owner’s Manual
on level ground. Be very careful when turning on any hill.
Avoid crossing the side of a hill: Always follow proper procedures as described in
the Owner’s Manual. Avoid hills with excessively slippery or loose surfaces. Shift
your weight to the uphill side of the ATV.

POTENTIAL HAZARD
Stalling, rolling backwards or improperly
dismounting while climbing a hill.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Could result in ATV overturn.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Maintain steady speed when climbing a hill.
If you lose all forward speed: Keep weight uphill. Apply the brakes. Lock parking
brake after you are stopped.
If you begin rolling backwards: Keep weight uphill; never apply engine power. Never
apply the rear brake while rolling backwards. Apply the front brake slowly by
squeezing the RH lever. When fully stopped, apply rear brake as well, and then lock
parking brake. Dismounting on uphill side, or to either side if pointed straight uphill.
Turn the ATV around and remount, following the procedure described in the Owner’s
Manual.

POTENTIAL HAZARD
Skidding or sliding.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
You may lose control of the ATV.
You may also regain traction unexpectedly, which may cause the ATV to overturn.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
On slippery surfaces, such as ice, go slowly and be very cautions in order to reduce
the chance of skidding or sliding out of control.

Improperly operating over obstacles.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Could cause loss of control or a collision. Could cause the ATV to overturn.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Before operating in a new area, check for obstacles.

HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Never ride your ATV on a frozen body of water before you are sure the ice is thick
enough and sound enough to support the machine and its operator, as well as the
force that is created by a moving vehicle.

Tires may float, causing loss of traction and loss of control, which could lead to an
accident.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Avoid operating the ATV through deep or fast flowing water. If you cannot avoid
water which exceeds the recommended maximum depth, go slowly, balance your
weight carefully avoiding sudden movement, maintain a slow and steady forward
motion, do not make sudden turns or stops, and do not make sudden throttle
changes.
Remember that wet brakes may have reduced stopping ability. Test your brakes after
leaving water. If necessary, apply them several times to let friction dry out the pads.
