CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CBRN SCHOOL 471 ENG BRIGADE

AND SERVICE PROVIDER/SH LOKESH KUMAR GUPTA CONTRACTOR FOR

WET CANTEEN AT CBRN ASATT ENGR. REGT FOR THE FY 2023-24

1. This contract Agreement is made on 20 Dec. 2022 between OIC CBRN School 471 Eng brigade.
On Behalf of President of India through 471 Eng. Brigade (which includes officiating
incumbent/successor(s)) hereinafter called the first party and the service
provider/contractor/Sh. Lokesh Kumar Gupta & Tarun Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. Lokesh Kumar
Gupta, owner of Wet Canteen R/o 30584, Street Number 5/7, Jogi Nagar, Bathinda hereinafter
called the Second Party.

(a) Scope of the contract and validity. This agreement is for opening of Wet Canteen at CBRN
School 471 Eng. Brigade at Bathinda Mil Stn. For the Fy. 2023-24. The Wet Canteen to be run by
him at CBRN School and he (contract) will provide all types of refreshment item of good branded
quality which are hygienically tested and fir for consume. The contractor will not provide such
type of item which are banded by authority. The contractor will charge the rates of item as
prescribed/fixed by the authority the timing of opening and closing of working hrs of canteen is
as under:-

(b) In Winter 0800 hrs to 2100 hrs

(c) In summer 0700 hrs to 2200 hrs
(d) Break time 1400 hrs to 1500 hrs

2. File Mill be imposed not below of Rs. 500/- on any complaint which will found correct in case of
violation of any clause, a fine/penalty of Rs. 1000/- in addition to cost of item will be charged
from the contractor.

3. Both parties have set their hands and the seal of the contractor has been hereinto affixed and
day and the year, first above written.
