PRAYER TO BEGIN THE MONTH
1. Thank God for the new year of Success, Victory,

Open Heavens, Mercy, Multiplication and a New
Beginning.
2. Dedicate this New Year and this month to God and
declare that it is well with you.
3. Commit every day of this month into God’s hand
and tell Him to have His way in your life in Jesus
name.
4. My Father, My Father, I stand upon Your Word in
Isaiah 54:17; I decree that NO weapon formed
against me this month shall prosper in the name of
Jesus
5. Lord God, I decree that in line with Your Word in 3
John 2, I shall prosper and be in health this month
in Jesus name.
6. My Father, My Father, every instrument put in
place to frustrate me this month and in this New
Year become impotent in Jesus name.
7. Jehovah Nissi, fight my battle in the day and fight
my battle in the night.
8. Every enemy of my destiny, die in Jesus name.
9. Every power preventing me from enjoying the
goodness of the Lord in the land of the living, die in

Father, I pray for the speed and the grace to run

Prayer to Start Your Day
Psalm 143:8; Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in

the morning; for in thee do I trust: Cause me to know
the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto
thee. In this New Year 2023, always ask God to know
the way you should walk in order not to fall into the
trap of the enemy and to continually walk in dominion.

Afternoon Prayer (Lunch Hour Prayer)
Psalm 55:17; Evening, and morning and at noon will I
pray, and cry aloud and He shall hear my voice. Pray
every prayer point with seriousness and get results.

Prayer before going to sleep
Psalms 4:8; I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep:
for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. It is
only God who can give you safety in sleep, therefore
commit your night to Him before going to bed. Pray all

3. By the power of the Holy Ghost, I terminate any
terminal disease from my system now in Jesus

4. I wash my body system with the blood of Jesus,
and I flush any sickness, or diseases in my

5. I deliver myself from any satanic harassment,
affliction, oppression, depression in the mighty

6. The woman with the issue of blood had faith

my total healing, deliverance, and liberation

COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS

Basic Scripture: Ecclesiastes 9:4-5
For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope:
for a living dog is better than a dead lion. For the living
know that they shall die: but the dead know not any
thing, neither have thy any more a reward; for the
memory of them is forgotten
It’s another season! A New Year! Congratulations,

you made it to this year 2023. Welcome to the year
2023 and welcome to today’s Hour of Restoration.
It will be awesome to begin this year with a
personal and dedicated thanksgiving! That you are
alive is a great reason to thank your God! No
matter how last year or your past was, put the
devil to shame and thank the giver of life-Jehovah
God! If you are not thankful for what you have, you
are not likely to be thankful for what you are going
to get this year!
Today’s scripture says “For to him that is joined to

all the living there is hope: for a living dog is
better than a dead lion.” Remember you started
2022 with many, but not all are privileged to see
this year 2023. Some died at the beginning of
2022. Some died in an accident. Some died from a
little illness. Someone even died yesterday before

the year ended. Your greatest blessing is to be
living. That is why Psalm 150:6 says “Let everything
that hath breath praise the Lord…”
You must understand God is up to something

bigger in your life that is why you are still alive
today. Stop seeing the losses, the pain, the delay,
etc, and see God’s mercies, God’s love, etc. Within
the last few years of your life, there are things you
can look back and say, “thank you Father” Sit down
and count your blessings today. Pray Now

THERE SHALL BE NO LOSS

Basic Scripture: Numbers 31:49
And said to him, “Your servants have counted the

soldiers under our command, and not one is missing.”
(NIV).
Welcome to today’s devotional! The Holy Spirit

want you to know that in this New Year, there shall
be no loss in the family. You shall not lose any
family member, none of your friends will be
missing in action this year. You shall count and no
one will be missing. You shall account at the end of
the year and nothing will be missing. You will not
account for any dead, business failure, career
crises, etc. this year. Your entire household will be
secured and protected by God.
In today’s scripture, the Israelite after going to war,

returned to make a report to Moses, and all the
captains came and said not even one of the
soldiers got missing in action. All of them came
back from war. What a mighty God we serve! Can
you go for war and all your soldiers' none of them
was missing in action? There are no casualties with
God.
That is why after this year is over, you shall make

the same report to God that no one in the family

went missing. You will go back to God after 2023
with the report “There was no loss” and indeed
there shall be no loss. Your case is different. Pray
against anything that can bring a loss this year.
Pray against accidents, pray against untimely
death, pray against sickness and diseases this year.
Cover your household with the blood of Jesus, and
cease losing anybody this year. Make Jesus the
captain of your life, family, and ministry boat today
and He will sail you through this year successfully
without any loss. Indeed there shall be no loss.

PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME

Basic Scripture: Matthew 25:1-13
They that were foolish took their lamps and took no oil
with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with
the lamps.
Welcome to today’s devotional with the King of

kings! The year has just started, and the Holy Spirit
is telling today’s HOR user to prepare ahead for the
year. He is telling you to carry oil for the year 2023.
In other words, be empowered to stand at the
time of trials and temptation. Be prepared to be
able to utilize any opportunity that comes your
way this year. Don’t wait for opportunity to come
before you prepare, prepare ahead of time.
In today’s scripture, five of the virgins took oil for
the journey while the other five foolish didn’t. That
is to say, five of the virgins were prepared while
the other five were not. And at the coming of the
bridegroom, the five foolish virgins had no oil. An
opportunity came to go with the bridegroom but
they didn’t have any oil. They missed their
opportunity because they weren’t prepared.
Many believers start the year without being
prepared, empowered or without taking oil for the
journey, so they faint along the road. Some give up
very early when things begin to be tough for them.

Some get an opportunity but cannot utilize it
because they are not prepared for it. Some even
backslide because they never took oil for the
journey.
The Holy Spirit is telling you today, to take oil for
the journey in this New Year. Be prepared for the
year lest you miss any opportunity. Be empowered
to stand trials lest your faith fails. Be empowered
to stand temptations lest you fall. Engage in 21
days of fasting and prayers at the beginning of the
year, do your Bible studies, etc. to equip you for
the year. Read anointed books that will help you
this year. Plan and prepare for the year. Don’t be
part of the five foolish virgins who didn’t take time
to prepare to meet the bridegroom. Prepare for
the Journey. Pray Now

3. I refuse to be like the five foolish virgins, I
will take extra oil to stand trials, and tough
times in Jesus name.

DO THE RIGHT THING

Basic Scripture: 1 Samuel 1:1-18
And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if
thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine
handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine
handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man
child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of
his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.
Welcome to today’s Hour of Restoration! God is

about to turn things around for someone this year.
That evil pattern must change this year for your
good. Enough is enough! Be provoke not to see
that evil pattern again this year. Be provoked
enough never to see that problem reoccur again
this year. Do the right thing and provoke your
breakthrough. Make a vow!
In today’s scripture, Hannah was always going to
Shiloh yearly, yet that evil pattern of bareness will
not leave her. She was always going to pray but the
pattern of shame, disgrace, and mockery was still
present in her life until she was provoked that year
to do the right thing and to make a vow to the
Lord. That year her prayer topic changed from
asking God to making a vow. That year she said
enough is enough and she made a vow to the LORD
and that same year her Samuel came.

Many people keep praying each year against
poverty, sickness, struggles, barrenness, etc. but
they are still where they are the last five years
now. Until you are provoked to do the right thing,
that problem has the right to remain. Until Hannah
did the right thing, she never saw her Samuel. Be
provoked to see that pattern changed this year for
good. Make a vow to the LORD. Instead of praying
for what you want from the Lord, tell the Lord
what you will give Him this year. Tell Him the
number of souls you will win for Him this year. Tell
Him how you are going to advance the Kingdom
this year. Make a vow to the Lord and you will end
this year with your own Samuel. Tell Him what you
will do for the Kingdom this year and you will end
this year with your own testimony. Pray Now

2. Any evil pattern trending in my household
has finally come to an end today. Enough is
enough, catch fire now in Jesus name.
3. Anything that says I won’t prosper, enough
is enough. This year is my year of
abundance. I shall prosper and be in good
health in Jesus name.

DON’T GO AHEAD OF GOD

Basic Scripture: Genesis 16:1-16
And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD
hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in
unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by
her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
Welcome to today’s devotional! In today’s

scripture, Abraham had been waiting for a long
time for God’s promise and covenant to him, but it
looked as if it would never come to pass or there
was no possibility in it. When he could no longer
wait, he gave in to the counsel of his wife (Sarah)
to sleep with her Egyptian slave (Hagar). It really
looked like a wonderful idea: Hagar would have a
baby and the whole house would have a child to

is those who truly know God that are set for exploit

must first go through planning before execution.

understand that every redeemed of the Lord is
here for a mission, and until you live with a sense
of mission, you will not have impact in life. Until

time, energy and resources. Your impact on earth
is as a function of your sense of mission you
commit yourself to.
In today’s scripture, twelve year old Jesus was

already living with a sense of mission. He never lost
focus when he was on earth. He knew what He
came here on earth to do. He was on a mission. At
a point He said … My meat is to do the will of him
that sent me, and to finish his work. (John 4:34).
And at another point he said, I must work the
works of him that sent me… (John 9:4). At a point
he said “I am come to send fire on the earth…”
(Luke 12:49). Again in John 18:37 he said “…To this
end was I born, and for this cause came I into the

world…” Jesus never lost focus on earth. He lived
with a sense of mission and He had an impactful
ministry.
You must understand you are on earth for a

mission if you want to live a life of impact. You
must not be “here and there” Christian who don’t
know his left from the right. In this year 2023 live
with a vision and a mission. You must have a clear
vision and know that you are here on a mission. If
you want to fulfil your destiny then live as one on a
mission. At twelve years, Jesus was already on His
mission. You are too old to be playing around. Get

this story in today’s devotional! There was this
young lady, who thought the whole world was for
her. She didn’t respect anyone and can insult
anyone she likes. She once insulted an old woman
in a bus and went scot-free. A few years later she
gave her life to Christ and she met a pastor who
wanted to marry her. The pastor sent her to his
house to meet his mother, but unfortunately for
her, the mother of the pastor was the same old
woman she insulted a few years back. The mother
disagreed and it took God’s mercy for the mother
to finally accept her. She was accepted but the
marriage was delayed because the mother of the
pastor didn’t wanted to accept her in the first
place.
Be careful how you live today. It can affect your

tomorrow. Even though she had changed, her bad
record delayed her marriage and her glory. Many
believers are like that today. Even though they
have changed, the life they lived a few years back

is speaking in their life till date. Some delays in life
are as a result of your past life.

In today’s scripture, Mordecai had done good to

the king, but the king forgot until that night when

Isaiah 6:8 says “Also I heard the voice of the Lord,

us...” The question is, “Can God use you?” Let me
share a story with you today.
The story is about a young Christian lady who was

a student at a university. The university was hit by
acute water shortage such that people of the
university community could not get water to do
their normal chores. The young Christian lady was
pressed on one of the water scarcity days and
needed to go to the toilet badly to relieve herself.
She went to the first toilet and discovered that it
had been badly messed up and was not even
flushed. Human feces was visibly loaded in it. She

rushed out and couldn’t use it. She went to
another and met it in the same condition and
couldn’t use it. As she went from toilet to toilet,
she found none that she could use. Meanwhile,
this young woman had been praying to God to use
her. So, when she couldn’t use any of the toilets,
the Lord asked her “Why can’t you use the
toilets?” she said to God; “They are too dirty” The
Lord then said to her, “Do you know why I can’t
use you; you are too dirty.”
That is why today’s scripture says only sanctified

vessels are meet for the master’s use. The big
question is: “Can God use you?” If your answer is
“NO,” then you have work to do. Probably,
laziness, sin, pride, etc, could be the reason why
God can’t use you yet. Examine yourself! Clean up
so that you can be a vessel He can use for His Glory

people may leave you from time to time to time!
Some will BETRAY you like Judas and leave you!
Some you have helped in the past may turn against
you, but never forget that the LORD still appeared
to Abram after Lot left him. One or two people that
leave your life or ministry cannot stop God`s
agenda for you! In fact, some of them must leave
for God’s agenda to be fulfilled.
In today’s scripture, God only spoke to Abram after

Lot left him. Abram's destiny opened up when Lot
left. Probably Lot thought his leaving will affect
Abram but his leaving became Abram’s
breakthrough. Some wrong people must leave your
life for God to visit you again. Some people must

That is why you must not cry over people who left

DON’T ENGAGE IN EVERY FIGHT

Basic Scripture: 1 Samuel 26:9

Welcome to today’s devotional with the Lord of

hosts! You must understand that there are battles
no matter what you do, you cannot win. No matter
how anointed you are, there are battles you will
never win. No matter how rich and powerful you
are, there are some battles you can never conquer.
Do not waste your time fighting every battle. Not
every battle is meant to fight. There are battles no
matter what you do, you will lose.
In today’s scripture, David knew the battle against

his master Saul was a lost battle so he will not even
dare to fight. He first acknowledged that he cannot
fight the Lord’s ANOINTED and go free. He knew no
matter what, he will lose the battle if he tries to
fight. Remember Moses didn’t fight Pharaoh the
first time Pharaoh was chasing him, because it was
a lost match for Moses. No matter what he would
have done, he couldn’t have stand Pharaoh at that
time. Even God had to tell Mary and Joseph to run
to Egypt because they couldn’t have fought with
Herod at the time he wanted to kill Jesus.

It is wisdom not to fight battles you know you will
lose. Imagine a child fighting his father who feeds
him and pays his fees, the child has already lost
that fight. You cannot fight your authorities and go
free. You cannot fight your spiritual father and win.
There are some people no matter how they hurt
you, you cannot get angry or retaliate, for by doing
so you will be affecting yourself. There are some
people when they offend you, you must go to
them and apologize. Don’t try to fight lost battles.
Learn from the wisdom of David in today’s
scripture. No matter your age, your anointing, your
riches, your power, your influences, etc. there are
battles you cannot win. Don’t waste your time

In today’s scripture, the Shunammite woman’s

child died, but when Elisha asked Gehazi to go
meet her, the woman never cried or grieved, all
she could tell Gehazi is IT IS WELL. When her son
was dead, the only language she knew was IT IS
WELL. She never spoke evil in that situation. She
was positive in a difficult situation and things
changed for her. Her child came back to life.
Learn from the Shunammite woman today. Learn

to be positive amid difficulties. When life gives you

Welcome to today’s Hour of Restoration. You must

understand you cannot approach life the same way
you do for long and expect different result. You
won’t have different result with the same
approach. If you want to see difference in your
result, then you must change your approach. And
what the Holy Ghost is telling you is, in this year
2023, if you will see results then you must change
your approach to many things.
In today’s scriptures, God said, if the people will be

humble and pray and change their ways, then they
shall see result. That is, as long as they keep doing
what they are doing God will not heal their land for
them. They only need to change their approach
and do the right thing for God to also give them
result.

take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I
have made Abram rich.
It’s another destiny encounter with the King of

kings! You must understand that your destiny is
not in any man’s hand. Your prosperity is not in the
hands of a government. Your success in life is not
tied to your boss. Your wealth and riches are not in
the pocket of that brother, sister, parent, uncle,
etc. You must understand that your destiny is in
the hands of God and not in man.
In today’s scripture, the king of Sodom wanted to

help Abram. He was ready to give Abram
everything. But hear what Abram said, “That I will

Abram knew his source so he will not tie his
destiny to any man.

tied their destiny to men. They have tied their
prosperity to the government. They have made
their friends and family as god over them. So when
men fail them, they are doomed. Don’t be a victim.
Don’t tie your destiny to any man, for they will
take God’s glory and say “I made him rich” or “I
made him who he is today”. Hear what David said
in Psalm 121:1-2 “I will lift up mine eyes unto the
hills, from whence cometh my help. My help
cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and
earth” Don’t look unto man for help, he or she will

someone’s thought. Creation is a product of God’s
thought. The companies you see around are the
product of someone’s thoughts. The houses, cars,
etc. are all products of someone’s thought. Your
thinking is a powerful tool that can make or
unmake you.
That is why in this year 2023 you must always think

positive. Always think of how to solve problems
and not to create problems. Always think of how to

understand that laughter is the one tool that
throws confusion into the camp of the enemy,
especially when the devil is doing his worst to fill
you with depression and sorrow. Today’s scripture
says something interesting about God: When His
enemies gather themselves together to plot
against Him and His anointed ones (that include
you and me), HE LAUGHS. That is His first response.
HE LAUGHS. “He that sits in the heavens shall
laugh…”
If your Father is laughing over the plots and sweat

of your enemies over you, WHO ARE YOU TO CRY
AND BE SORROWFUL? You need to understand
what God understands about laughter: It is one of
the best tools for confusing the enemy. Hear what
Job 5:22 says “At destruction and famine thou

it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these;
for I have not proved them. And David put them off
him.

The Holy Spirit is telling you today via today’s
devotional that in this year 2023, you don’t force
yourself to fit in. Don’t force yourself to be someone
you are not. Don’t try to live your life like someone
you are not. Don’t copy the lifestyle of others. Don’t
force to fit into other people’s class. Don’t force to fit
into a business you don’t have any idea. Don’t try to
fit into a marriage you know will not end well. Don’t
try to fit into anybody’s life.
In today’s scripture, Saul gave his armour to David to

fight Goliath. That is, Saul wanted David to fit in his
way. But here what David said to Saul, I cannot go
with these; for I have not proved them. And David
put them off him. David told Saul I don’t fit in. I will
not force myself to. David used what was convenient
for him and that brought his victory. He didn’t have

winning. His sling and his stone were enough to win.
The pressure and the struggle of many are because

they want to fit into society. People put pressure on
themselves just to fit in. They buy clothes more
expensive than they can afford just to fit in. They
spend more money than their expenses just to fit in.
They pretend to be who they are not just to fit into
the marriage. Don’t kill yourself to please anyone. If
David had tried to fit in Saul’s armour, Goliath might
have killed him. Remember all hands are not the
same. People have ruined their destinies because
they wanted to fit in. Be like David, use your sling and
your stone and God will give you victory. Don’t force
to be in Saul’s armour, it can kill you and your

DON’T GO DOWN TO EGYPT

seek the LORD! Now the Egyptians are men, and not
God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the
LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth
shall fall, and he that is helped shall fall down, and

Welcome to today’s devotional! What is ‘EGYPT’?

Egypt represents anything, anyone, or any place
that God has delivered you from. Egypt represents
those things, places, and people that once
oppressed and tormented you, but from
whom/which your God has delivered you. One
painful thing is that the ‘Egypts’ of life never give
up! They will do whatever they can to bring you
back into their bondage.
Hear the word of the Lord in verse 1 of today’s

scripture: “Woe to them that go down to Egypt for
help…” Did you get that? Remember, when there
was famine in the days of Isaac and when Isaac
wanted to go to Egypt, hear what the Lord said
“And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go

not down into Egypt…” (Genesis 26:1-2). EGYPT is
anything that is FLESH! EGYPT is that man or
woman whom you see as your God or solution
giver! No matter how tough and depressing things
look for you, NEVER GO DOWN TO EGYPT because
there is “WOE”, A CURSE attached to “Egypt!” Stay
with the Lord! Stay in His Word! There is no help
for you in Egypt!
No matter how this year will be, DON’T GO TO

EGYPT FOR HELP. Your help is in the name of the
Lord. Egypt is your enemy! The destiny of Egypt, all
her helpers, and all those that go to Egypt for help
are sealed with disappointment and destruction.
See Verse 2, “the Lord will arise against the house
of the evil doers, and against the help of them
that work iniquity.” When the Lord rises against
Egypt, you don’t want to be caught in the

JEHOVAH JIREH: THE LORD WILL

them that fear him. The young lions do lack, and suffer
hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want
any good thing.
Welcome to today’s Hour of Restoration! I am led

to use this devotional write-up. Just consider
Moses leading between 2 to 3 million people
requiring food and water in the wilderness.
Statistics show that Moses would have had 1500
tons of food every day requiring two freight trains,
each 11/kilometers long just for one day. And just
think about it; they were forty years in the
wilderness. If they only had enough water to drink
and wash a few dishes, it would take 11 million
gallons each day and a cargo train with tanks that
are 2,500 kilometers long just bringing water. They
had to cross the Red Sea at night. It would have
required 35 days and nights to get through the red
sea if they went through a narrow path. So they
had to be a very big space in the red sea to get
through over in one night. Lastly, they require a
campground which could have been two-thirds of

the city of Accra. This has been called by experts as
the world’s biggest miracle!
Do you think that Moses planned with these data

in mind before stepping out? No! No! No! Don’t
you think that the God that did this for Moses can
also take care of your life, family, academics,
business, and ministry in this year? That is why
today’s scripture says “… for there is no want to
them that fear him.” I call him JEHOVAH JIREH. He
is your provider.
That is why no matter how 2023 has started be

anxious for nothing. He is the same yesterday,
today, and forever. He has not changed! If he did it
for Moses and the Israelites He will do it again for
you. Refuse anxiety! He shall provide all your
needs according to His riches. Your provision of
money, good health, husband, wife, helpers, etc,
shall be sure this year! Keep trusting Him and it
shall be for you for a testimony. Shame shall never

BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU

CONSUME
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye

be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if
thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of
darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be
darkness, how great is that darkness!
Welcome to today’s Hour of Restoration. The Bible

tells us from 1 Corinthians 6:12 that all things are
lawful but all things are not expedient. This means
in as much as we have the right to see, hear and do
all things, not all things are helpful or beneficial, or
wise. Jesus tells us from today’s Scripture how we
can generate light or darkness into our body and
spirit by what we give our attention to. The world
is daily changing and culture is gradually adjusting
to the worldly change. We live in a world where
evil materials and lifestyles are seen as normal.
People enter into relationships for fun and end up
breaking their hearts. Some committing suicide
here and there.
We live in a society where things shown on

television are full of fornication and adultery,
magic and tricks, and many more. It is in this same

society where people use the internet to receive
impartation from men and women of God who
held programs years ago and they were streamed
and saved to the internet. The same society has
churches where the presence of God dwells and
also in the same society there is a nightclub for all
forms of fleshy fantasy.
At the end of the day, you are the one to choose

whether to allow light into your body and spirit or
darkness into them. We were not saved to go back
into darkness. We are saved into light and we must
intentionally consume and allow light into us. Pray

2023: BEWARE OF THE COBRA EFFECT

And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD
hath restrained me from bearing; I pray thee, go in
unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by
her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
It’s another destiny encounter with the Lord! The

Cobra Effect is a term in Economics. It refers to a
situation when an attempted solution to a problem
makes the problem worse! This name was coined
from an incident in old colonial India. For some
reason, there were too many dangerous cobras in
Delhi, India. People were dying due to snake bites!
The government then decided that a silver coin
would be given to anyone who killed a cobra. The
results were great; a large number of snakes were
killed for the silver coin reward. Eventually,
however, it led to some serious, unwanted
consequences. After a short-term drop in the
snake (cobra) population, it started rising again!
This was because a few people began to breed
cobras in order to get the silver cash reward. When
the news reached the government, the reward
program was scrapped! As soon as the reward of
the silver coin was scrapped, those cobra breeders
set the now worthless snakes free. As a result, the

cobra population further increased. The solution to
the problem made the situation even worse!
In today’s scripture, Abram and Sarai had a good

intention of getting the promised child. But that
decision produced Ishmael. Verse 12 says “And he

Basic Scripture: Daniel 6:1-17
Then the presidents and princes sought to find
occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but
they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as
he was faithful, neither was here any error or fault
found in him.

understand that there are forces and people that
are looking daily for your downfall. They are
watching and hoping day and night that your life
will end up in shame and disgrace. That was
Daniel’s experience from today’s scripture and that
will be the experience of anybody destined for the
top because the top makes you a topic. The same
thing happened to Jesus of Nazareth, our
Model. Luke 11:54 says: “Laying wait for Him, and
seeking to catch something out of His mouth, that
they might accuse him.”
In Mark 12:13: “And they send unto Him certain of

the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch Him
in His words.” What the blessed Holy Spirit is
saying to you through today’s devotional is that
there are unseen forces who envy the grace of God
on you and they are planning your downfall! If you

are careless or OFF YOUR GUARD, you will be a
victim of the unseen traps of evil powers! These
forces can use men, women, and love for money,
daily trials, and other weapons. They are planning
to put you in a den of shame.

YOU WILL END WELL

Basic Scripture: Ecclesiastes 7:8
Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof:

heart.

understand that your beginning is important but
more important is your ending. What matters in
this RACE OF LIFE IS HOW YOU END! No matter
how fast you run, you can’t be the winner if you
don’t finish. Great is the art of beginning, but
greater is the art of ending! There are pastors that
started well but ended in shame and regret. There
are businessmen that started on a good note but
ended up in the wilderness of life.
That is why today’s scripture says “Better is the

end of a thing than the beginning thereof…”
Remember Enoch did not start his journey with
God. However, after he had Methuselah, he
remembered God and had a glorious finish
(Genesis 5: 22-24). Apostle Paul started as a
MURDERER but ended WELL (2 Timothy 4:6-8). In
the same way, Saul started well and didn’t end
well. Solomon started well but ended up
worshipping other gods (1 Kings 11:4). Judas

Iscariot started well as one of Jesus’ disciples but
ended up hanging himself.
That is why you must fight the good fight of faith.

You must lay hold on eternal life. You must finish
your course. Fight till the end. Finish the RACE. You
will not end like how Judas Iscariot ended. You will
not end like Solomon. You will end well. Use
today’s devotional to examine your life and
ministry and determine that YOU WILL END WELL
this year. Determine by the Grace of God you will
end very well. Pray Now
