The following employees, working under Sr.DSTE/SDAH were empanelled for

promotion to the post of JE/Signal against 40% promotional Quota vide this office Memorandum No.E-
12/S&T/JE-SSE/Signal/Selection/2021 dated 24.03.2022 and were posted for induction training in
substantive grade vide this office order No.E-12/S&T/68/2022 dated 26.04.2022. Now on successful
completion of training they have been absorbed as regular JE/Signal and posted as mentioned against
each below to take immediate effect: -

1) Sri Pradip Kumar Ghorai (EMP No. 50205414600, B.U.No. 0203506), Sr.Tech Signal
Control/SDAH, working under SSE/Sig/N/SDAH (IC), is hereby promoted to the post of
JE/Signal and posted as JE/Sig/BT under SSE/Sig/N/SDAH (IC) (B.U.No.0203509). His pay
on promotion is fixed to Rs.49000/- at Level-6 (GP Rs.4200/-).
2) Sri Rahul D. Bhattacharji (EMP No. 50209607160, B.U.No. 0203506), Sr.Tech
(Signal)/RRI/DDJ, working under SSE/Sig/RRI/SDAH (IC), is hereby promoted to the post of
JE/Signal and posted as JE/Sig/RRI/DDJ under SSE/Sig/RRI/SDAH (IC) (B.U.No.0203507).
His pay on promotion is fixed to Rs.64100/- at Level-6 (GP Rs.4200/-).
3) Sri Bimal Krishna Hazra (EMP No. 50205515270, B.U.No. 0203506), Sr.Tech
(Signal)/RRI/DDJ, working under SSE/Sig/RRI/SDAH (IC), is hereby promoted to the post of
JE/Signal and posted as JE/Sig/Works/SDAH under Dy.CSTE/Works/SDAH (Establishment
& Bill controlled by HQ/ER) against works charged estimate post under control of
CSTE/Project/ER/Kol. His pay on promotion is fixed to Rs.37600/- at L-6 (GP Rs.4200/-).

This has the approval of the competent authority. The report for taking over charges
should be intimated immediately.
The staff concerned, if desire so, may submit option to take promotional increment in
substantive grade on the date of their next increment in terms of PCPO/ER’s Sl. Circular No.86/2017.
