ABSTRACT

This internship report addresses the problem of the management of electrical distribution network
maintenance stocks. The need to have spare parts or maintenance products is of crucial importance
because it is dictated by the need to ensure continuity of service of the electrical distribution
network subject to accidental failures. Any prolonged interruption can, indeed, be costly. The
objective is therefore to propose a management and optimization approach for these stocks and to
present the criteria and decision support tools which will make it possible to answer the following
questions: Which components of the distribution network should be kept in stock? When and how
many of these components should I order? How to optimize the management of these stocks?
