In modern society, people discuss that whether life today is easier and more
comfortable than it was when their grandparents were children or not. Some people
agree that life today is easier and more comfortable than it was when their
grandparents were children because of a lot of wars in the past generation, poor
technology and low income. However, others disagree that life today is easier and
more comfortable than it was when their grandparents were children due to high
population today, global warning and lower birth rate.
In my opinion, I disagree that life today is easier and more comfortable than it was
when their grandparents were children for several reasons. The first reason is
associated with high population. Although everyone was living with low income in
the past generation because of worse economic development, we are more difficult to
find jobs because of high population in this world and everyone compete each other
hardly. Therefore, I believe that the high population is one of the reason. Second,
global warning is another reason. While there were worse living environment in the
perious generation owing to wars, we are facing a huge environmental problems that
we have no solution to solve. Thus, i disagree that we are suffer more problems
because of second reason. The third reason is related to low birth rate. Though the
society system was balance in the past, we have no enough young people to take care
of older people because of low birth rate. Hence, i disagree that life today is easier and
more comfortable than it was when their grandparents were children.
