Leaders and motivational speakers have shared great ideas and captured the human imagination for many years. Every
speaker has influenced us in some way to envision a better future. However, there are some speakers who have significantly
changed our outlook on the world. These are the individuals who have most directly impacted us. And we have made certain
that every such speaker's motivational speech is included.

Your dream is the motivating factor next to who you are. It's not a coincidence that you had a dream. Who you are is
categorized by your dreams. You SHOULD go after it! Your dream provides you with a sense of meaning and purpose, helping
to push you forward within your chosen future. Your dream IS your life's meaning! Get your dreams and desires off the shelf!
Focus. Strive. This is how it was supposed to be. What you wish to achieve in life is God's way of involving you in his Master
Plan. It's a great pity that we've been told since childhood that we should stop dreaming and start "living." What a blunder!
Dreaming IS living! This is why we've start coming: to pursue our dreams! Not for selfish reasons, but for the benefit of all. By
pursuing MY dreams, I am becoming a better, happier person, shining brightly like the sun and brightness the lives of those
around me. If I choose to completely disregard my dreams, I will become like a plant without water or sunlight, with leaves
hanging down, begging for water, and looking rather miserable. Is it of any benefit to myself or the world if I give that up on
my dreams? Everyone seems to have dreams and aspirations and dreams. These dreams are at the heart of who you are. It is
the essence of who you are as a person, as well as the very possible explanation for your BEING. What you wish to achieve in
your life is God's way to influence you in his Master Plan. You were given a set of dreams and talents in the hope that you
would act on them, follow your dreams, and thus progress in life. Your dream is the driving force behind who you are! It's not
a coincidence that you had a dream. Who you are is characterized by your dreams. You Should do something about it! Your
dream would provide you with a sense of meaning and purpose, helping to push you forward toward your chosen future. Your
dream IS your life's meaning! So, why does it have seemed to be so challenging to make your dream? First, because of the
anti-dream-program that is running in your head, a program that was installed when you were a child. Second, because your
dream will always consider taking you outside of your comfort zone. Pursuing your dream necessarily requires conscious
effort, growth, and change, which can be disconcerting upon first. You may have some fears and concerns, which is normal.
Focus on the dream rather than for the fear. As a result, the dream take priority over the fear. Spending your life in fear and
worry is not even in the Master Plan. Get your imaginings off the shelf! Set your sights in front of you and stick to them. Focus.
Strive. This is what you should be doing, which is why you've come! You've come to dream and live your dreams! Live them
out and have a wonderful time! This is how it was supposed to be. It's time to go back to the underlying principles. Your dream
is the essence of your life!
