ELECTION SYSTEM

Project Description
This project aims to create a personalized DMMMSU Voting System for DMMMSU
for more secure and accurate voting, avoiding data manipulation, etc. This project
will prioritize strengthening our school's privacy and security in the poll. It will also
make voting more efficient compared to using Google forms.
Security. Layers of Security for the Data gathered to avoid leakages and result
manipulation.
Restriction. Account lockup after voting to avoid people voting too multiple times.
Graphics. Details such as (Candidate’s name ) for people to see who they’re
voting for.
Voting. Before the student can cast his/her vote, ID number is required to
Admin page. In admin page, the count of votes per candidate will show in a
display table. In this page the admin also can see how many students are
registered and rendered their votes. The admin can update the information of the
student’s data.
In this page, the user is required to enter their ID number and password to be
able to cast their votes.
In this page, the user is required to input their Student Id No., Last Name, First
Name, Middle Initial, Course, Year, Section, Gender, personal DMMMSU Mail Address,
and Password.
This is the user page ,this is what it looks like after the student logs in. The
vote button will lead the user to the voting panel, where he/she can vote for the
candidates.
This is where the user chooses the candidates that they want to vote for.
Before casting his/her vote, the user needs to enter his/her Id Number so that the
system will know that the user has successfully cast his/her vote.
Admin dashboard, it is where the list of candidates and their total votes
are displayed. And the number of students who rendered their votes in the system.
The admin can also update the information of the students who are registered
in the system.
