Everyone likes to snack but is your snack healthy for you? Let’s find out.

Instructions:

 It’s an individual activity.


 Compare one of your favourite snacks (like any chips, or biscuits,
kurkure etc. or any packed junk foods, carbonated beverages available
in supermarket) with any one snack which you find healthy (like
healthy snack options available in market. Example fruits, milk based
beverages, cereal or pulse based food).
 Take a look at Nutrient label in the back side of the cover and fill the
below. If the healthy snack you are considering does not have the
Nutrient label (example: fruits, milk etc), take the nutrient values from
internet for comparison)
