HR Leave Attendance Policy

Total Yearly leave 28

SL&CL 14 and 14 National Holidays

No Leave will be credited for Employee In probation (6 Month)

1) Casual leave - Employees will be allowed for total number of 6 days of leaves every year. Casual leaves
have following clause.
a) The individual have to earn the casual leaves. He/she can take the leave only after working in
that month. He/she cannot take the leave in advanced of the coming month. If a person takes
leaves more than 1 day in a month will be paid other than the 1day casual leave will be treated
as LWP.
b) Accumulated Casual Leave can be taken at a stretch It will be only allowed with prior permission
of one week.
c) Casual leave can be carried forward every month
d) There will be no encashment for Casual leave.
e) All the casual leaves must be informed one week in advance (Except accidents or for any
personal emergency)
f) All the casual leaves must be taken during the year. It cannot be forwarded to the next year, and
it will laps

2) Sick Leave (SL)- Sick Leave is intended to provide continuity of income to the employee in the event of
health related issues that prevent the employee from working his or her regularly paid hours. Sick leaves
have following clause. 8 Sick Leave

a) Sick leave can be carried forward every month.


b) There will be no encashment for Sick leave.
c) Intent to use sick leave must be reported at least one hour before an employee is scheduled to
work. Sick leave beyond two consecutive days must be substantiated by a Medical Reports
attesting to the inability to perform job duties.
d) All the Sick leaves must be taken during the year. It cannot be forwarded to the next year.
e) Employee joining in the mid of calendar year will get proportionate leave days.
f) Leave taken with prior information will be treated as leave otherwise treated as leave with loss
of pay.
g) Regularly update your attendance.

3) Sandwich Holiday - Any Leave Clubbed with Sunday or any public holiday will be treated as public
holiday.
a) Any Holiday Clubbed with Sunday will be consider as Sandwich holiday.(i.e) Any holiday taken on
Saturday Sunday and Monday it will be consider as 3 days leave.
b) Any Holiday Clubbed with Saturday Sunday (i.e) Friday Saturday Sunday & Monday will be
consider as 4 days leave irrespective to the holidays on Saturday & Sunday.
4)Work from Home-

a) Work from Home Option is available to permanent employees. Employees currently falling under
probation period have no "Work from Home Option".
b) Work from Home Option is only allowed to be taken when the situation at hand doesn't allow
you to come to work under extreme situations.
c) Half day will be paid if employee work from home extend 2 days in month.

5)Uninformed Leave-
a)Uninformed Leave for more then 3 days will be consider as Absconding and No followup calls/Email
will be made.
b)Absconding employee will not be paid any due salary/incentive, They will not get any
Experience/Relieving Letter from us.

6)Lunch Break -
a) All the employees will have a 45 Min lunch break. Make sure that you complete on time without
extending it further

7) Late Policy-

We expect you to be present during your scheduled working hours. If you face an
emergency that prevents you from coming to work one day, contact your manager as soon
as possible. We will excuse unreported absences in cases of [serious accidents, acute
medical emergencies.] But, whenever possible, we should know when you won’t be coming
in.

a) We permit only 03 lates per month and from there every late will be considered as Half-Day
Leave.
b) Late grace period is only 15 minutes from the schedule office working hours.
c) All the late arrival must be communicated before and it’s mandatory.
d) Late beyond 30 mins or early departure before 10 mins will be treated as Half-Day Leave.
e) If the employee doesn't have sufficient leaves in the account for the deduction purpose, then the
same will calculated as "Loss of Pay"

8) Bereavement leave-
Losing a loved one is traumatizing. If this happens to you while you work with us, we want
to support you and give you time to cope and mourn.For this reason, we offer [three days]
of paid bereavement leave. You may take your bereavement leave on [consecutive/non-
consecutive] days to:

 Arrange a funeral or memorial service.


 Attend a funeral or memorial service.
 Resolve matters of inheritance.
 Fulfill other family obligations.
 Mourn.

This leave is only applicable for immediate family members (Mother/Father/Son/Daughter)


and not for relative.
Note: - The management reserves all right to append, modify, withdraw any part or complete policy at
any time before any prior notice.
