    Section 7
    Determination of Just Compensation

    This section refers to the accommodation of compensation for the qualified

    personalities who are part of Agrarian Reform. Also, it includes that the current value of

    assets such land shall be considered. The valuation of income and taxes shall be

    considered by court. The valuation of crops and other expenses shall be considered to.

    In this type of consideration, the land owners will have a rights to make a proper

    valuation for their importation of goods. The determination of compensation will help the

    land owners and workers to provide a proper capital and investment and providing

    protection for their interest.
