    1. What is Human Behavior?


    - It refers to the physical action of the person that can be seen or heard. Such
    as emotions, feeling, and expressions that individual shows to another
    individual.

    2. Why does organizational behavior matter?


    - Organizational behavior always matter in the sense that it affects the
    performance and functions of the organization. Also, this behavior affects the
    actions and attitude of individuals and groups towards one another.

    3. What challenges and opportunities exist for organizational behavior?

    Challenges:

    - Responding on globalization
    - Diversity at work
    - Different ethical behavior in the internal and external organizations.

    Opportunities:

    - The continuous improvement and productivity of the individuals.


    - Improving skills and talents of different individuals
    - Improving the functions of the management/organization and policies.
