This will take you to the next screen. Nov 25-O8e 1 No Records In the Time boxes, key the time you begin the day in the first box. In the second box enter time you will break for lunch. In the Att/Asbsence Type, use the drop down to select Attendance Hours Worked. Click OK Confirm Submission (oer res Once you submit, the screen will go back to the calendar window. You will repeat the 3 steps with the only exception of keying the start time 30 minutes later than when you began the lunch break. Your end time should be when you end your day. Example: First pair is selected for the whole week. Your day starts at 08:00. Break for lunch at 12:00. Second pair again select all days of week. This time begin at 12:30 and end of work day is 16:30. After you submit the second pair, you can see how many hours entered right below the date bar.
