This song was very interesting to me because I didn´t know about the existence of this

event. During all the time I have been studying, in my history classes, my teachers have
told me what happened in the first world war, but they have only told me the basic events,
for this reason, the event of the attack of the dead men I did not know, and I was very
surprised to hear about it in a song.

This event, according to the explanation of the second video that the professor sent us,
tells us that in the combat between the Germans and the Russians there was something
very mysterious, since the Germans had a great army and managed to fight the Russians,
their secret weapon was a type of very toxic gas which is very harmful to the lungs.

The curious thing about this combat was that the Russians did not give up so easily,
because after they were defeated with the toxic gas, some of them got up again to attack
the Germans, of course, this was not expected by the Germans, for that reason, it was
called the attack of the dead men because the Russians looked like zombies.

As I said at the beginning, I did not know about this event and it was very impressive to
me because the Russian military had a great willpower, even though they were dying they
stood up to defend their country.

Finally, I would like to comment that war times are very complicated because many people
die because of these combats, for example, many of the Russian soldiers were recruited
by force, but also, they were people who did not have a good quality of life. I hope that in
the future there will be no more wars, that the problems between countries can be solved
in another way.
