Marfil as the Municipal Health Officer of the Local Government Unit of the ==) of Balaoan, La Union; WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5 (i) (i), Rule | of the CSC Resolution No. 1701009 or the. 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (Revised July 2018), an appointment to head of department or office, such as Department Head, Administrator, Legal Officer, and Information Officer positions requires S concurrence of the majority of all members of the Sangguniang as provided for under Section 443 (d), Section 454 (d) and Section 463 (d) of RA No. 7160 or the Local S Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, this Body finds the appointment of Dr. Maria Aina liica D.
