The Court, having taken the matter under submission on 10/06/2022 for Small Claims Appeal -
Trial De Novo, now rules as follows:

Court orders judgment after trial de novo entered for Plaintiff Norfolk State University Alumni
Association Southern California Chapter against Defendant Maleena Lawrence on the Plaintiff's
Claim filed by Norfolk State University Alumni Association Southern California Chapter on
04/04/2022 for the principal amount of $1,030.00 and costs of $70.00 for a total of $1,100.00.

Other: Defendant had no legal authority to DONATE her BOA levied funds belonging to the
Plaintiff to the NSUAA. Said BOA funds were levied on 9-25-20 and have not been reimbursed
to the Plaintiff to the present time. 10% annum interest: $20.00

Judgment Debtor's Statement of Assets is mailed along with the Notice of Entry of Judgment to
the Judgment Debtor.
