Reliability Analysis

If Cronbach’s Alpha value is more than 0.7, the questionnaire/ instrument/ scale/ measure is considered
reliable.

Go to statistics

Shift items from left to right window, then go to statistics and select “Scale if item deleted”

For clarifying the hypothesis of t-test, we will look at the value of Levene’s test (F-value).

If F-value is significant i.e. significant level of F-value < 0.05, we consider hypothesis “equal variance not
assumed”.

If significant level of F-value > 0.05, we consider hypothesis “equal variance assumed”.

If the significance level of any test value < 0.05, we REJECT Null hypothesis.

Equal variances assumed = No difference between samples
