The key to a great contact form is simplicity and repetition. You want
to make it easy for a client to get in contact and you want to give
them as many chances to do so as possible. As such, look to remove
contact form fields and repeat your contact form on as many pages
as possible. Here are a few great contact forms I’ve seen from other
freelancers:

3. Kaleigh Moore - Freelance Writer

Kaleigh Moor is a freelance writer for SaaS and eCommerce. Her

website features a simply and clear contact form that allows clients
to sign up for her newsletter and give a budget.

She also includes options below the submit button which do two
things: let clients know about her coaching without taking the focus
away from her form, and anchors the pricing of her services in a
subtle way.

One of the questions in Seanwes’ contact form requires the client to

acknowledge their services are a 4-figure investment. This clears up
