We aim to bring to you the latest news about whats happening in the world of Glitch, or, Ur. We might let you decide whether you like the background, the layout, and everything. Hot Topic: New features

of recent tests

According to Test notes Aug 2 5, the collection of butterfly milk and meat will slow dramatically due to their collectors being fixed. From now on, Butterfly Milkers and Meat Collectors will only collector one at a time, i.e.: One will fill and overflow into another. However, if one owns 6 of each collector, it will be less efficient as collection success rates will drop. It has been tinkered with several times by the devs since the original intention was to have only one working collector and milker. However, due to player opinion, that was changed so that players can profit through milk and meat collecting but not abuse the collection. There is also a change in butterfly milker prices, the original 200 currant vendor price rising to 400 currants.

Besides the collector and milker issues, there are also 2 new, interesting skills added to the skill tree. Piety and Martial Imagination dont seem to have such as great use so far, but that may change in the much awaited Aug 11 18 test.

Everyone at one point or another has seen a nekkid Glitch. Some tolerate it, some love it, some hate it, and a few are appalled by it. However Figure 1 (left): Nekkid party goers bouncing around Plexus. on 8/4/11, this nekkid thing went too far. Several Glitchers were seen parading nekkid through Plexus. A few unfortunate passersby happened upon the event. Some of the more like- minded tried to join, while others ran away, including a dev. While most of the offenders were nekkid, one

Glitcher, RainyRain, declined to fully undress (or unfully dress) for the event. When asked as to the reason why, she stated that her love for Cosma superceded her love for nekkidness. When asked for comment, stoot barfield simply said " ... ignoring is sometimes the best practice..."

or in a foreign language. It's not a strange chemical compound. Nor is it a brand of soft drink. No one seems to know, or care, about its origin, but this reporter deems to find out... one day. Until then, I'll go back to chasing butterflies. If you happen to want to relive the earache experience, we can provide you with a link to the sound file. Listen to it over, and over, and over, again, until you decide that you had enough. Or, alternatively, until you cant take it anymore. Who knows, we might hold a competition to see who can listen to the endless repetition the longest.

7/29/11 was a Glitching day like any otherbutterflies were being milked, trees petted, projects being worked on. Everything seemed fine, until a strange voice came over the music system. No one knew what the voice was saying. it kept repeating this word or phrase over and over again. One Glitcher thought it was saying something about raising cows. I thought it was a subliminal message to drink Pepsi. The insanity went on for several minutes, confusing and panicking some, while fascinating others. Eventually a message from GOD came, stating that the word, prisencolinensinainciusol, would go away if the game was refreshed. So everyone did, and peace was restored. But what does that word mean? It's not in the dictionary

Whats your take on prisencolinensinainciusol? Can you read it backwards? Losuicinia- I give up..

After some in depth research about past Rook Attacks, as well as screenshot submissions, I found enough information to cover this page. But first things first: What IS a Rook? The Glitch Strategy wiki description of the Rook is a collective noun referring to the evil, crow-like creatures which exist on the same plane as the Giants and are constantly buzzing at them, divebombing, attacking and trying to eat the Giants imagination. The Rook is dark and opposes all creativity. And they will try to attack the game world, especially locations which are left a little too neglected This is taken from the Glitch blog, and will pass as the Glitch devs definitions of the Rook. Now, Rook attacks, I hear you ask? Here as some pictures of the carnage..

The Problem with Ix..

Recently a few glitches have had problems loading Ix. I, daniel5457, also have a problem loading Ix. The flash player would always crash. A few days ago I decided to say on the help chat that I was still had problems with Ix. Araldia tried helping me. But every time it didn't work. When she tried summoning me into Ix I accepted but nothing happened. "Congrats! I think you're broken!" said Araldia. We had had found a new bug. The next day I tried going to Ix in IE. It worked once (yay!) but the next time I tried I had to reboot the computer.
