UAE gratuity Law what is the eligibility for a gratuity-based salary?

Expatriates and Nationals qualify for end-of-service benefits based on law enforcement in UAE.

 2% of the pension will increase after completing 20 years of service.


 After reaching 35 years of service, who can get a pension will be equal to the employee’s
wage.
 For every passing year after 35 years, the 3 months of salary will be as a pension payment
for every year.

 Minimum of 1 year of service must be completed.


 Eligibility for 21 days of the basic salary, 1 to 5 years
 After 5 years, the gratuity will increase by 21 to 30 days of basic salary. And remain if
they continue in the employment.

compensation.
