UAE Gratuity Calculator: Online Calculator to Count your

 Let’s suppose the user inputs current wage will be
 10,000 ÷ 30 = 333.33 // User AED 333.33 
 333.33 * 21 = 7,000 // For Each Passing Year Gratuity Will Be 7,000
                                                    
 After five years multiplied by 30 instead of 21 for EOSB
How to calculate gratuity under the employment of an unlimited
contract
The calculation for the gratuity of an employee under an unlimited contract. To be entitled to
an end-of-service gratuity, 1 year of service must be completed. Only basic remuneration will be
considered at the end of service for the gratuity-based calculations and no other wage. There is
no date or day mentioned by the employer for the employee to work.
 

Unlimited Contract Type Gratuity

In case of resigning from a job 
 At first, the calculation will be 1/3 part if the worker works between
1 to 3, years for the first 21 days of the basic salary.
 Secondly, The portion will be 2/3 part if the worker works between 
3 to 5, years for the first 21 days of the basic wage.
 Thus after exceeding the 5, years 30 days of the basic wages for the worker.
Upon termination by the company 
 If ending the service before one year, the person will not qualify for gratuity.
 The calculation for the EOSB will be based on the last salary of the employee by the employer.
 The employee gratuity will reduce if owned any loan from the employer.
 More than 1 year of service is required for gratuity eligibility
 For the first 5 years its counts to 21 days of the basic salary.
 After that its counts as 30 days of the basic wage for the upcoming years.
