Dear Mr. Shavroy Brown,

I, Mr. Aundre Perry, hereby notify Mr. Shavroy Brown Alias Rice of the need for

reimbursement for damages to my Toyota vehicle in 2017. Damaged items include parts, body

work, and spray. Ninety-five thousand dollars was the overall calibrated cost of the damage. I

would like a down payment no later than February 25, 2023, to address the problem. I've

enclosed a copy of my record pertaining to this repair, including receipt with a serial number,

and other related paperwork.

I eagerly await your response and a solution to my issue. I won't be asking for aid from another

agency until four days prior to the scheduled date mentioned above. Please get in touch with me

Highbury Road, Alexandria P.O, St. Ann. The terms of the agreement shall begin effectively and

shall continue throughout the termination date the 25 of February 2023.

The specific term of this contact are as follows

1. Five working days for the signing of the contract.

2. A set down payment of $23,000.75 every two weeks.

This contract may not be modified in any manner unless it is written and signed by both parties.

This document and any attachments hereby constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

This contract shall be binding upon the parties and their witness/witnesses and re-enforced by an

authority figure.
