    NOTICE REGARDING 1ST ROUND SEAT ALLOTMENT AND
    DOCUMENT VERIFICATION FOR
    B.TECH, B.ARCH, B.PLAN, INT. MSC. AND B.CAT COURSES

    No: OJEE / 450 Date: 01.10.2022

    The results of 1st Round Seat Allotment for B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, Int. Msc. and
    B.CAT Courses have been published. Candidates are advised to view and download
    their Provisional Allotment Letters from OJEE websites (www.ojee.nic.in /
    www.odishajee.com) using their login id and password. They should go through the
    instructions mentioned in the Allotment Letter and immediately complete fee payment and
    document verification activities.

    Candidates are required to follow the following steps as per the scheduled date and time
    mentioned in the Counselling Schedule.

    1. Pay the part admission fees as mentioned in the Counselling Brochure.

    2. Upload the documents as required in pdf format as per the size specified.

    3. Exercise your option for Freeze or Float.

    4. Regularly check the document verification status for any query raised
    by the Verifying Officer. Comply to the query, if raised, quickly within
    scheduled time.

    In case of not following all the steps as mentioned above, the allotted seat
    would be cancelled.
