In view of your aforesaid letter regarding Arbitration clause in the card agreement for our card
account number no. 00000368357xxxx5346 (0001019760000685343) for Arbitration proceedings as
per the terms and conditions of the agreement.

We would like to inform you that your bank has not made any sort of formal communication
regarding appointment of Arbitrator as mentioned in your letter. Moreover your bank has not taken
our consent regarding appointment of the Arbitrator.

Further I would like to inform you that no documents towards the Application and credit card
member agreement along with statement of outstanding amount of our aforesaid credit card.
Therefore we hereby inform you to provide us the following documents: (1) credit card loan
application, along with all the related papers, (2) statement of outstanding amount of our credit card
and (3) credit card loan agreement under the law of natural justice.
