    a) J.LO is suing Madonna for defamation and claim RM 5 million as damages.

    b) Rocky is charged with the offence of rape and the punishment is 20 years imprisonment.

    c) In the High Court, the plaintiff raised an issue related to the constitution of Malaysia. Can the
    High Court proceeds to decide on the said issue?

    d) Jeff sued Kim for breach of contract and claiming RM 25,000 from him.

    e) Daniel was dismissed by his employer and he considered himself being dismissed without
    just cause and excuse.

    f) Adrian is 16 years old, involved in a fight with his classmate, Sam and accidentally killed
    Sam in the fight.

    g) Victor would like to recover a debt of RM 9,000 from his cousin, Carson.
