1: Download these files one at a time to a folder on your pc.

2: After downloading, click on the 7z icon (file.exe) for automatic extraction.

3: Go to the virtualbox.org site and download virtualbox.

note: download version 6.0 if you have a 64-bit PC

or version 5.2 if you have a 32-bit PC

4: install virtualbox.

5: download and install virtualbox extension.

6: go to the folder of the files you extracted before. open the file
